Gardening work on Wednesdays around 10am, twice a month.

Pool is not heated and pool lights are currently out of service. The pool can be only used during daytime. Maintenance every Monday morning.

The Jacuzzi is non-heatable

Getting to Levi's Stadium (San Francisco Bay Area Stadium) by Public Transit:



From the property, a 10–12 minute taxi or rideshare takes you to Berryessa/North San Jose Station, the eastern BART terminus and a key VTA light rail hub. From there, board the VTA Orange Line heading westbound toward Mountain View. The ride runs approximately 18–22 minutes, carrying you through North San Jose and into Santa Clara. Exit at Great America Station, which sits directly beside the California's Great America theme park entrance - Levi's Stadium's north-facing gates are visible the moment you step off the platform.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed.

Super lovely neighborhood with excellent hiking access nearby walk. Too bad pool and hot tub not heated but backyard great for outside dining. If you’re cat averse or allergic, maybe not for you. Many neighborhood cats in and out of yard. Bedrooms tidy and very comfortable. Super spacious home with many fun games and variety of reading materials. The massage chair was awesome. It’s very close to our family’s home here in San Jose so I would stay again. Host was very kind and helpful.

Great quiet area w/friendly neighbors. Very roomy and cozy. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely refer the property to others. My only suggestion would be, the kitchen can use new pots, pans, and large stirring bowls for cooking.

Great place

We stayed for 2 nights and spent 1 entire day at the house. The listing and photos were accurate and it was clean! Some things to keep in mind when booking. There are no pool towels, bring them if you plan on using the pool. There are no matches or lighter for BBQ, but lighter fluid and briquettes were available. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to cook dinner. The listing is accurate with the spa, it is not heated. However, the house is very nice and in a good location. It was perfect for our family get together!

What a terrible experience. Booked the room on Expedia, then received an email from the host requesting an additional deposit and to sign a lease agreement pretty much accepting the condition of the house and all of its belongings before even stepping foot in it. Needless to say I didn’t do any of that and still fighting for my refund. Additionally they don’t tell you none of that in the refund window, so you are stuck fighting policies that don’t apply because they breached their own contract…nightmare…don’t book with this company

Worst rental I've ever booked. This listing is a fraud. The pictures in the listing are seriously old. The house is run down and dirty. The house smells bad. The management company is an invasion of privacy, that the documents on VRBO I found state NOT to use/do. After flights all day I had to spend 2.5 hours trying to get access to this property (Marbella Lanes Management Co.) and I had to engage VRBO. The light switches in many rooms don't work - there are cheap lamps plugged in. Things don't work, like the 1 TV in the house, which only showed a black screen no matter what app or channel I chose. I wouldn't use the raw outlet plugs. Plug everything into the APC/Power conditioners they use. The pool is disgusting, if not dangerous - they should have to prove it's not black mold in the pool before you use it. The garage is NOT available, and there is swelling on the outside the wall coming from it and something is leaking out of it (pic). There are "notes" written on the walls about things not working correctly. A neighbor knocked on the door and said because of the rain, this property would flood and so would the neighbors, if they didn't do something to the culvert in the backyard, and needed my permission to do it. BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD!!! It was a disgusting experience. I will never rent this property again (don't make the same mistake I did), and I will never rent from Marbella Lane again.

Large home

As someone who stays in VRBO’s frequently, I have to say this was the strangest one I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like the owners had vacated the home to rent it out for our stay, neighbors on either side kept giving us a watchful eye, which made us uncomfortable and it was not as clean as I would’ve liked. It’s hard to describe but it just felt odd, definitely did not feel comfortable staying here. Most of the blinds weren’t working so we had to sleep the first night with them completely open and then once they had maintenance come in the next day to “fix” them, we had to leave them down and couldn’t put them up or down. And they wouldn’t give us any kind of refund reflecting the inconvenience. Most of the electronic blinds in the house did not work properly. I’m sure this house would be fine for some people, but it was not for us, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to any of my friends or family. Quite honestly I’ve never given a negative review before, however, I know I appreciate honest reviews by others, and so in this instance I feel compelled to let people know what our experience was.

Needs Big Make Over and Deep Cleaning

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I've stayed in many, many homes in my lifetime, and this was the most disappointing and unclean I've ever experienced. Here are the highlights- -No instructions ANYWHERE. Not for what to do when you get there, how to use the TV, how to adjust the Nest thermostat...nothing. -Floors and carpets are filthy. Not sure when they were last cleaned. -Kitchen was not clean-food, splashed on walls and cabinets, floor was dirty. -Kitchen is poorly stocked with essentials. I had to go out on Christmas night to purchase a can opener. -One of the main bathrooms did not have a towel rack. It seems to have fallen off, and no one bothered to put it back up. -The main floor half bath was filthy. -Pool was useless since it was not heated. It's also dirty. As was the spa (also not heated). These should be taken out of the listing. I communicated all of this to the property management company but not sure they could do much for the hot mess the house is. I asked for a discount, but no one has responded apart from "we'll find out". What made this the most disappointing is that I rented this house for my 80-year-old in-laws. They didn't seem phased by it all, but I was embarrassed to put them up in a place like this.
