The second bedroom offers at twin over queen bunk bed, plus another twin bed and private full bathroom. Located in Winter Park Colorado this vacation rental is within easy walking distance to town and minutes from Winter Park Resort. It's on the free town shuttle. Guests will enjoy the open living floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with dishes, table ware and cook ware. A fireplace located in the living area of the unit casts a cheerful glow on a cool summer evening or cold winter day. Why not kick back, relax, and snuggle up next to the fire.

Lodging Location: Building 8, 2nd floor. The building is located in the building 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.

Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, Twin over Queen Bunk plus a Twin in 2nd bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room area to accommodate up to 6 people.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, electric grill on deck, fireplace, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Amenities on property: Clubhouse has heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, paid laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

"NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Beaver Village Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets or smoke in the rooms. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property."
