This luxurious and fully equipped vacation property is located just minutes from Jobos Beach and offers air conditioning in 100% or the House King bed in the masters rooms, WiFi, and an A/C inverter. The house is located in a secure and private area and features brand new amenities, including parking for up to 8 cars. If you need dates that are not available in this listing, please send us a message as we have 10 additional properties in Isabela that may be able to accommodate you. We have installed a 600-gallon water tank with an automatic motor to ensure that you have a reliable water supply during your stay. This is a priority for you if you are considering other properties as it is not something that is common among vacation rentals. If your flight arrives in the morning, you will have 24-hour access to the property and there will always be someone to coordinate the key delivery. Two days before your arrival, we will call you and send you a message with the full address and a map to help you find your way to the property. We will also send you a photo of where the security box is located and the access code for that day. Everything is done by text message to streamline the process, but if you would like to call us, we are happy to speak with you. If you have the WhatsApp application, you can add us and we will send you a video on how to get to the property, which is recommended for those arriving in the early hours of the morning. It is recommended to have your own car. The property is located within a 10 mile radius of a great variety of restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a movie theater, and an airport in Aguadilla. You will loved this property. It is located in a safe area. close to an amazing beach(Montones beach). A highlight was the prompt communication with Luisa she was very attentive, nice and responded to every single question. We had a great time!

We arrived to the property which had comfortable beds, plenty of beach chairs and supplies.

Quiet neighborhood. Felt secure. We were disappointed in the home's upkeep, particularly the first floor. The Living room sofa was sunken, broken. The decor throughout the house was bare. NO information at all provided on any local restaurants, markets, places of interest to visit in the area. Kitchen needed upkeep - knives did not cut, some pans with no lids, no bowls for mixing/storage, no foil or plastic wrap, a single roll of paper towels for 4 days, one pot holder, no towels or wash cloths in sink area, inside cabinet area soiled. Fridge had no ice or water connected. TV had NO instructions on how to use the remote & NO listing of available channels, TV remote control missing, cables were loose and hanging down under the TV. NO local TV channels. Toilets - no bath soap. Old used shampoo, no hand towels, no bath mats or carpets to prevent slips, Property was full of weeds, overgrown grass.. One air conditioner malfunctioned, but was repaired the next day. There was NO direction on how to turn on and operate the room air units. It is clear to us that with some efforts the owners would have easily received a much better rating!

Roach infested property

Property is in poor conditions. Owner does not keep up with it. Entire place is roach infested. Place is very dirty, floors and counters sticky, hair and old tooth paste in bathrooms, smelly bedding, closet in master smelled of urine. Furniture stinks, is stained and in poor condition. Issues were brought up to owner photos were taken he sent same cleaning crew. All they did was provide clean sheets. It was brought up again to owner he did not take any action only sent an apology. Disgusted with the place and how we were treated.

After doing some research on the guest's profile and his account, we were able to observe that the guest is dedicated to renting properties and then looking for flaws to request a refund. The guest stayed for the entire stay and on check out day asked for a $1,600 refund for nonsensical allegations. None of her claims could be proven and we even sent her supervisor and staff and we were unable to observe the conditions she stated. We hope that the next hosts are careful since there is no way to please her since her mission is to vacation for free, even her guests located on the 2nd floor indicated that everything was fine that it was that she complained about everyone and that they They felt embarrassed about this. It is sad that people are not honest in this industry.

Had a small issue with plumbing, which was fixed right away. Only problem was 1st floor bathroom water not too hot. Other than that, our stay at this was wonderful. Plenty of room for us all.

Beautiful home and Great location.

The overall experience was good. The only thing was an inconvenience is that we were 12 people and we rented this property because of the space but everyone had to shower in one apartment because there was lack of hot water in the downstairs bathrooms. Other than the overcrowded ness of the bathrooms every night the renal experience was smooth.

We were very happy with our stay. There was only one situation and it was handled and already a solution in place. City shuts off water every couple of days but the house was equipped with a water tank backup so we never even feel a worry, there was 13 adults and there was plenty of space. Si, gracias muchas casas vacacionales en Isabela no cuentan con cisterna de agua, todos los que renten por estas plataformas deben preguntar eso a los duenos antes de rentar ya que en el area se llevaran el agua todos los dias hasta julio. Con nuestra enorme cisterna automatica nunca falta el agua y pueden disfrutar mejor de la estadia sin esa preocupacion. Gracias por tan excelente review.

it is lovely and the area is nice, however its a bit out of the way.

Really nice, elegant property. It was clean, everything worked well, plenty of space. Some things were not an issue of the house, but an issue of almost all of Puerto Rico. Shower/water pressure is very touchy and and sporadic in most homes. It's difficult to maintain heat and pressure. The house could use a couple of extra seats both upstairs and down. We had eight people and weren't able to hang out together on one floor comfortably for very long. It was a bit odd doing laundry outside, but the appliances work very well, so we were pleased to be able to wash salt water out of our clothes. Since we had so many adults, we wished there had been more than one key per floor. It created some difficulty a few times having only one key for four adults. The dogs next door were excessive barkers, making sleep a bit difficult. I have two dogs and am an avid dog lover, so I don't mind some barking. These dogs just seemed to be up most of the night barking and howling very loudly. Francisco was very helpful and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large group, it would just be important to know that seats are limited and ear plugs may be required. Otherwise, a beautiful place.
