Modern 2 Bedroom Condo Brickell

Beautifully furnished and equipped for all guests, amazing views of the ocean and city from rooms and balcony. The apartment is super comfortable with queen bed in master bedroom with a full bathroom, second bathroom has double queen beds and full bath too along with kitchen, dining table, cable TV and walk-in closet for plenty of storage during your stay. Amenities in the building are amazing, included access to the pools, jacuzzis, gym, game and kids room and much more. One parking spot included, it is in an indoor garage connected to the building. Just minutes away from Brickell city center, restaurants, parks and accessible transportation.
The gym, pools, jacuzzi, game room, sauna, children room and more are located in the 14th floor, they are open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset.
The trash chute is in the middle of the east hallway of each floor, behind a wide white door.
For the free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to get into the building garage and how the parking floors work.

Graduation Celebration!!

This was a great place to lodge for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation ceremony from the University of Miami! The lodging site was impeccable minus a few slight glitches. The property manager was very accommodating and responsive!

The apartment is in a great location. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The stove had crumbs and dust on it. The kettle still had water in it which led me to believe it had not been washed. The trash can in the kitchen that had a sensory lid was broken . There were not a lot of cooking utensils ( pots , pans , cookie sheet) A keruig would be a great addition to the kitchen.The duvet in the Master Bedroom was full of lint . Dust had collected on table in living room. The sliding curtain was broken and hanging off the hinge.The apartment is nice, but needs to be properly cleaned prior to guess moving in.

We stayed for 10 days at the apartment. The location is amazing, you have everything you need on walking distance. The apartment has a really nice view, great beds, nice bathrooms and a great kitchen. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Also great for families!

Second stay at this place and we will come back for sure ! Very well organized condo 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with toilets and 2 dressing, kitchen with washer and dryer. Pool, gym and a private parking spot ! Very good communication too ! Thank you !

Nice condo

Overall the condo was very nice. The tv in the living area was very confusing to operate. Some instructions would be helpful. There was no pull chain in the main bedroom to turn off the lights when the fan was on. The bathroom had no towel racks or shelves in shower. The floors and area rug were extremely dirty but everything else was very clean. The location and views were incredible!

Extended business trip in Miami.

My colleague and I stayed 17 nights in the apartment for an extended business trip from overseas. The host was very communicative and resourceful and so responsive it was unbelievable how swiftly he turned around the few requests I had (e.g. a new ironing board)... Superb customer focus. The apartment location is awesome. The decor is good, but showing a few knocks and bumps on skirting boards and walls in a very few places. But everything works, the terrace is lovely with great views, and overall it was a 5 star stay, and great value for money. Will certainly use it again if I am in Miami. Only negative was that the parking for the apartment is on the 9th floor, and it takes about ten minutes to get up or down as the corners are tight in the multi storey car park. Other than that, an ideal place to enjoy Miami from. Service is superb.

The place was clean, appliances were working well and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in the Brickell area. Easy check in and checkout. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out process. It’s nice to have free parking for a car since parking in Miami could be expensive. However, going in and out of the garage is challenging, especially, if you have a big SUV or truck. You have to go through about 12 very narrow curves to get to assigned parking spot.
