We had such a great time at this lake house, it was perfect for us. Clean, convenient location and all around great place to stay. We would highly recommended as a place to stay!
A roomy, warm and clean lake house, with an amazing sun room facing the lake. Perfect for families/friends who want to spend time together. Owner loves his home and takes good care.
We had a comfortable stay. Unlike few of other homes we stayed, this home is very warm. The house is spilt into many zones so that the rooms don't feel cold overnight which was a big plus. The pictures make the house seem smaller and older but it's actually bigger. It would've been nice if our original team was able to make it so for a party of 4 , it was kinda big . Thank you Jim for being a great host !

We have been renting this wonderful house for "July 4th" week for the last 4 years. We plan to continue to rent the same week indefinitely. We love everything about the house and the location. THe house has character from the timber beams to the new bathroom on the second floor. The waterfront area is relaxing to spend all day at the lake.

About the host
Hosted by James
I have been enjoying Lake Bomoseen since I was 3 months old, with annual family vacations traveling initially from Long Island. With my move from Long Island to Florida many years ago for professional reasons, my annual Lake Bomoseen vacations continued. Most of those years, our family were renters but I knew I wanted to own a place on the lake someday; not just any lake as there are many lakes more convenient to where I live, but on Lake Bomoseen. My dream came true when I purchased this amazing lakefront property and we now get to enjoy it several times a year. It is a lot of work to maintain a second home and from a distance, but it has been well worth it.
Why they chose this property
After looking at several properties for sale, this one stood out from all the rest at that time. I looked at this home 3 times before making an offer and even got my mother's blessing on this home to be "the one."
What makes this property unique
