House was perfect! Great location, beautiful view and centrally located to many amazing hikes. Beds were extreamly comfortable and house was clean and well stocked. The host Evan was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Overall it was an amazing trip and we are already planning for next year.
This is a great little place on the New River. Wonderful views. It had great little touches, like bottled water, night lights in each room, new, non scratched, pots and pans, and comfy beds. I would recommend highly.
Loved how pet friendly the place was! They even had a crate set up for us when we got there. I especially loved how quiet the area was and the private river access!
Wild, Wonderful and Almost Heaven. The WVA tourism board must have been thinking of this property.Evan was exceptionally responsive to any question right from the start and there were no surprises (okay the fishing right infront of the house was even better than Evan advertised so there was one surprise)Check in was exceedingly simple. The house was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for something in the middle of everything this is not for you. If you are looking a quiet place with fantastic river views and no neighbors (I was able to see 1 house from the porch but it was almost a half mile away on the other side of the river and I had to use binoculars) in one of America's Best Kept Secrets National parks this is exactly the place for you.

Lovely spot on the river. Great screened porch,
Easy, short drive to Hinton for anything needed.
Private, clean and right on the river. Great place to stay while we were in Hinton for the 24hrs of Appalachia event. Was able to walk right across the street and catch some nice smalli! Will definitely stay again when we are back next year.
