A group of four of us stayed here because we were riding the Opal Wapoo gravel bike event in nearby Excelsior Springs. The home is very nice and clean and was a perfectly comfortable place to rest before and after our ride. The neighborhood is really quiet and located in a great area. The rooms were nice and had comfortable beds and furniture. The linens were really nice too! The bathrooms were clean and had basic amenities and we appreciated that! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Everything was nice and easy and made it a relaxing stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We rented vrbo houses next door to each other while in town for a family graduation; 8 nights at one house, 4 nights at the other. Both were furnished nicely, and owner very attentive to everything. Will stay there again!

Cozy home just outside of KC

The property is wonderful, check in was a breeze and it felt like home! The cleanliness of the place was impressive. Huge tv in the living room and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Water pressure was wonderful in the show and loved having the convenience of a good quality washer and dryer! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my trip was enjoyable for all involved. Can’t wait to rebook in the future!

Cozy cottage

We loved this little house. It fit us perfectly and we are not small lol. We are currently a family of 8 woth 3 extra foster kids joining us on this trip. We went to legoland and sea life and needed a place for all of us to dtay that fit into our budget. This was perfect for that. Everythign was clean and comfy and we didnt need anything aside for some groceries for food! They even suggested some good eating spots and how to enjoy kansas city.

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

We were able to contact the owner and they accommodated us for an extra night. We live in Iowa and there was a huge blizzard coming in. We decided quickly that in order for us to get to our destination, we needed to leave as soon as school got out (3 hours early due to the weather). The house had 3 bedrooms. The inside looked like it had just been redone. The master was big and had a bathroom connected. The bed was amazing! Internet was a huge plus for our kids. This property also had a garage, which turned out to be really nice as well. I called to inquire about Christmas decorations since we would be there over the holidays. The property owners went and got some decorations to put in the house to accommodate us, which was not expected at all, but totally appreciated by our family. This property was located in a smaller town but was very close to Kansas City. We stayed 9 nights. We enjoyed our visit and will likely visit again, as we have family in Smithville.

Charming, Comfortable and Convenient Home Base

I was looking for a comfortable home base while visiting family and this charming home worked out perfectly. Part of the reason I selected this specific property is that I knew it was located in a neighborhood off of a main road through town that should be cleared and easy to travel in the event of in-climate weather. The property is centrally located in town with easy access from the freeway. It is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly to communicate with. They accommodated my late check-in, leaving exterior lights on and adjusted the heat to prepare for my arrival. When my departing flight was delayed the hosts were very gracious and allowed me a late check-out. Their courtesies made my difficult travel days so much better. The primary bedroom featured a large comfortable bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom for privacy. The only thing that would have made that room better would have been a tv as I like to fall asleep with the sleep-timer on. The home was well decorated and appointed with the necessities. The garage parking was ideal for the cold and rainy days. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place in Kearney

We were visiting family friends with our parents and this place was perfect. Place was clean and quiet and we did not have to share a bathroom. Really enjoyed the little touches like providing coffee and coffee filters for the guests and laundry detergent as well. Our hosts even went and got us some wine glasses! Major plus we could have our two baby dogs with us! Would definitely stay again.

Property manager was exceptional. She was responsive almost immediately. This house was perfect for 5-6 people. It’s very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from convenience stores and downtown Kearney. Wish we would have known about it a long time ago!

Cozy house nice to have a garage space . Host was very gracious and also made efforts to help us feel safe during tornado warning by making sure we could access the basement. Comfy beds ,good hot water ,nice sunny patio …but couches are not up to par as the cushions slide off when using them.
