This picturesque property gives you the true feel of country living, yet minutes away from all that the Poconos has to offer. No crowds, just wake up to the deer and rabbits that frequent the property. Our completely renovated, cottage sits on a beautiful 32 acre farm. An amazing place for a photo shoot. Minutes from Camelback Resort, Great Wolf Lodge, Heckman's Orchard, Mount Airy Casino, Crossing Outlets, Mountain Springs Lake Resort, Restaurants, Hiking and much more. This is a one- of- a-kind find in the Poconos. The yard includes, gazebo, outdoor dinning, grill (propane included) & propane firepit. There is a hammock to rest on and relax in the shade with your favorite book or RELAX on the front porch and listen to the stream across the road. There is a shed to store your ski gear or bikes. Kitchen has all new SS appliances. Refrigerator has icemaker. Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, linens are included. Full size washer and dryer. Self inflating twin air mattress can be placed in the bedroom upon request for additional guests at no additional charge. With air mattress the unit sleeps 5. You will not find a more ideal location in all of the Poconos. We also supply coffee/tea, (Keurig), towels, laundry detergent, cleaning products, & a fully stocked kitchen. If you're looking for a peaceful & relaxing getaway .. THIS HOUSE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! SORRY NO PETS, PARTIES OR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.

Charming and very cozy

Charming and very cozy with every detail carefully thought out. Coffee and tea bar with a selection of coffees, teas, creamers and sweeteners. Best way to start the day with a hot cup of coffee with minimal thinking involved. A wonderful home away from home giving you privacy and the peace to disconnect while still being close to area attractions.

Very cute property, perfect for up to 4 guests. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the Keurig and there was an odd odor coming from the sewage/shower drain during our stay.

Wonderful Experience

This lovely property is everything is it advertised to be and more. It's beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood is peaceful, the house is comfortable and the property manager was responsive and helpful. We spend a lot of time in this area and my family has all said they would like to stay here again.

A Comfy Cozy Cottage

Overall wonderful stay! This comfy cottage is stocked with everything you need. Extremely clean and well kept with a cozy fireplace. Very impressed with the overall experience. Owners are very responsive and quick to get back to you if you need to contact them. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for an air-bnb.

Cute cozy cottage as advertised

The pictures and description very accurately showcase the property and accommodations. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun weekend. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a rainy stay but the outdoor space included a fire pit and lounge area that looked very enticing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable and it was an added bonus that the cottage was just a short drive from the wedding we were attending at Trout Lake. Overall would recommend!

Pleasantly surprised

This is my first time using Vrbo and I have to say I will be using them again especially with this property. Absolutely stunning. It was a cozy feel especially at night with the fireplace and the fact u can dim the lights in all the rooms (except bathroom). The only downside was the fireplace kept turning off randomly and smelled when u would put the heat setting on the fireplace to combat this we just took long breaks between the heat being on it. The rooms do get hot with the doors closed also but there is fans u can turn on which was great. The tvs were all a generous size and even had Netflix Disney+ and prime. It was all decorated for Christmas already so it felt very welcoming and my two small children adored that. 10/10 will be recommending and returning again. Thank you so much!!

Perfect cottage

Susan’s cottage is absolutely perfect. It is spotlessly clean and everything is new and gorgeous. We were really blown away from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The lights were on (we arrived after dark) and it was warm and inviting. I had mentioned to Susan we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and she very thoughtfully hung a Happy Birthday banner and also provided birthday candles. The whole cottage is laid out very well and makes great use of the space. The decor is modern and very tasteful. The kitchen is well equipped, the coffee station provides coffee pods and tea, creamers and sweeteners. There is a toaster, a blender, plenty of dishes, glasses and coffee cups. Susan has really thought through every detail. Everything we needed was provided and labeled down to the light switches and remote controls. The fireplace is a great addition, very relaxing and warm. Super comfortable bed and there are blackout shades in both bedrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener and plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. The cottage is very close to so many attractions and restaurants and the street is quiet and private. We enjoyed everything and I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Would love to stay again!

We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding at the nearby mountain spring resort. The location of this rental was so perfect, near everything we needed. The rental was so cute and clean when we arrived, and provided everything and more that we needed. We really enjoyed our time and wished we had more time to enjoy all the beautiful outside amenities!

Cute Cottage

Have to repeat other reviews, this cottage is clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was spacious and easy to keep clean. Comfortable beds, and in spite of several 90 degree plus days the cottage was well cooled with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Location is easy access to major roads or scenic drives to attractions, about one hour to Hawley to ride the rail bikes, a little less to ride the train in Jim Thorpe or visit Lake Wallenpaupack.Visiting deer in the yard and surrounding area nearly every day. Great stay, so glad we booked.

Home away from home

This cottage was so cozy and decorated beautifully. Great location, close to all the things I wanted to do. Inside was clean and well equipped. I loved the little touches like the coffee bar and the soaps in the shower. The laundry area had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Loved the fireplace heater! We enjoyed the trivia games! I would given a 5 star review but we unfortunately encountered some issues. First the cottage seemed to be in a private wooded area from the pictures. But when we pulled up there was a house next to the cottage. The neighbors ended up to be very nice and the area was beautiful. But if you are looking for privacy in terms of no neighbors, this isn’t the place. Wasn’t a real deal breaker for us. Why I took off a star is because no one really checked to see if the outside area was maintained or needed anything. There were no grill tools or brush and patio furniture hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Our second evening, we go to use the grill and propane runs out. At this point I asked my husband to see if the fire pit was working for the s’mores later. It wouldn’t turn on. We thought because all the tanks were empty. The homeowner was quick to respond and someone was there to bring one new tank to us. After dinner we went to go use the fire pit, It would not ignite. I was so upset because I’m from the city and all I wanted to do was sit around a fire and eat s’mores. Still had a nice time and would come back!

Week away from the heat

A friend and I stayed at the cottage to get away from the Florida heat. The ambience of the cottage is absolutely adorable. The beds are comfy and the house is well stocked. It is close to the downtown Stroudsburg area and close to bars and grill for lunch or dinner. Morning coffee sitting outside in the gazebo was such a treat.
