Welcome to “Vista Mar” or Ocean View, our beachfront home! Our home has been completely remodeled to be stylish and comfy. No detail overlooked. Sip your morning coffee or tea while enjoying the salty air and listen to the waves crashing from the patio of this ground floor home while everyone else sleeps.

Our home sleeps 6 comfortably and is on a more private area of central PCB. With minimal traffic and a walkable only beach access used by locals or their guests, this creates a less crowded escape while still being close to local venues. Pier park is 5.8 miles away and Pineapple Willys is a short 4 minute walk.

Our home is located right on the beach. We are one of 6 cozy homes at the SunSeeker. Grab your turkish beach towels, and tumblers (complimentary for use during your stay) and enjoy the ocean.
Relax and watch the sunset right from your patio while you play a game of Corn Hole.
2 Full bedrooms; 1 Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 designated office space looking out to the ocean and a door walking out to the patio.
1 Bedroom with 2 Queen beds. Both of our bathrooms have been remodeled to include Vertical spa shower heads to enjoy after a long day in the sun. Throw in a complimentary shower steamer and fully relax for the night. Our home is all about the Ocean Views or Vista Mar.
We recommend you take many moments to enjoy, relax, and escape into the ocean views, salty air, and crashing waves to truly enjoy our home before heading back to reality.
Winter or summer will both give you things to enjoy with our complimentary family games. Theres something for everyone!

Relaxing comfortable stay.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. The condo was very well stocked with almost every item you could need. Alicia was very attentive and made sure things were going smoothly during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING! It's on the ground level so you can just walk out of the door 20-30 steps to the beach! If you are looking for an updated place right on the beach this is the perfect place for you! We would definitely stay here again!

2024 Beach Vacation

Loved being right on the beach and the guys enjoyed being outback grilling and playing cornhole. This is our favorite place to stay while visiting PCB. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back next year! Y’all go check out Kelly Girl Charters also….

Clean, Colorful, & Cute!

This place was great! We’ve stayed many places in PCB and this is by far our favorite place yet! The decor is so fun and colorful and the furnishings are super comfy! My family enjoyed the basket of snacks waiting for us upon arrival. The beach access is as best as you can get as you can literally step right out onto the beach. We enjoyed the cozy back porch. The spa shower was an amazing bonus as well as the complimentary coffee bar! And this mama was so happy to have a washer and dryer to help have less laundry to do once we got home. An overall great experience at Vista Mar!

Amazing place to stay!

Everything was well decorated and clean. Location was fantastic! Central to alot of things. You could stay here and not have a car and just walk everywhere. Would love to stay again. The owners are super nice and any questions I had Alicia was quick to answer.

This property is amazing and perfect in everyway. The owners have thought about everything and help you feel right at home. I did just notice in the picture posted here there are pictures on the wall behind the couch but now there is a big beautiful mural.

Perfect Vacation

This condo is in the perfect location. We walked the beach every morning and evening. We spent our days relaxing on the beach just steps away from the back door. It was quiet and cozy, and our host was tremendous. She cared for us the entire time. Her attention to detail, made our stay simple and easy... she really has thought of everything.

Best beach experience!

The beach is my favorite place so we visit 4-5 times every year. I have stayed in condos from Gulf Shores to PCB, and this was by far the very best! All of the small details make a big difference- the welcome snacks, the beach supplies & towels, the drink holders, it is ALL done with guests in mind. You can’t beat the location, literally a few steps from the sand. First floor access is especially convenient with no elevators to wait for! I absolutely want to return to this location on a future visit. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful beach front property

This beach front condo was absolutely beautiful. Alicia the owner was wonderful to work with. Communication with her was excellent. The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated with all beach accents. Alicia supplied many extras. Laundry pods, keurig cups, and snacks to name a few. Beds snd pillows were super comfortable. The showers were awesome. It was great to be able to walk out the patio door and be steps from the sand. We had a wonderful stay. Wish it could have been longer.

Relaxing Vaca

My family and I visited PCB for the first time and it was great! Alicia is a fantastic host! I loved how we received a digital pdf before our stay that outlined specific home details, area information, and suggested activities and restaurants. The home is just the way it is depicted in the pictures. We loved it. It was clean and decor was beautiful. I have rented other vacation homes and I will say Alicia thought of everything. There were so many amenities that she provided that other rentals I've been to neglected to give or it was sub par. Comfort was definitely in mind in preparation for her guests. The furniture was comfy. I slept like a rock every night. The steam shower and updated appliances also added to the comfort of the stay. Due to the chilly weather we weren't able to enjoy the beach as much as we wanted but having the ability to step right from the patio to the beach was so convenient. I would recommend this rental to any of my family and friends. We would definitely book again!

Simply Amazing

This beach front condo is Beautiful and immaculately clean inside! The location with the beach right out your back door, no need to look any further, just book it now!! The beds are comfy in both rooms and the separate closet organizers in master bedroom with drawers and hanging option were wonderful! The showers are key points for sure! It was stocked with 2 beach chairs, wagon, and an umbrella as well as sand free beach towels! Tons of nice bath towels are provided in both bathrooms. Washer/dryer was located in the kitchen, which made it nice! We took our own soaps. Tide, paper towels, dryer sheets etc., but Alicia has all these items stocked which is very accommodating if you forget anything. The beach wasn’t over crowded. We took our chairs down early to set up, we wanted close to the water. There is no street noise and nice parking. My family Thanked me multiple times for booking here and not one of the high rise resorts. Gulf Coast Burgers is our favorite when in PCB, plus it’s super close. Walmart is like 2 minutes away which was very nice for groceries. We had an Amazing week here and will definitely book again. Alicia was super responsive to my questions from day one and still in contact up to arriving. I wish her family the Best with this Beautiful place. They take great pride in their place and you can tell. They also had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to us on our Anniversary which was our first day there. I Highly recommend booking here!!

Everything we needed for a perfect family getaway!

I just had this huge review typed up but learned VRBO limits to 1500 characters! We traveled with myself, husband, 2 & 6 yr old daughters and 17 & 19 yr old nephews. Drove from Indiana. LOCATION - perfection! you are a few minutes away from walmart and other necessities but you are literally right on the beach and do not feel those places are anywhere near you. we were able to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach without packing a cooler. your area on the beach is never crowded. we went out early AM, lunch time and mid afternoon and were always able to set up at the waters edge. There are also gyms near by if your teenagers are gym junkies like mine ;) CONDO - beds are better than our beds at home and that's saying something. my husband never sleeps well outside of our bed and he never complained of back pain! Ali & Matt have all necessities for making your own meals and even have tumblers, wine glasses and kids dinnerware there. They also have all the beach necessities there so you do not have to pack yours! We said several times during our stay we found "our place" to come back to annually. We never felt we were at a resort or getting frustrated with crowds (like we have at resorts). It truly felt like we were on island time. never delt with crowds, the kids could sprawl out and play without us hovering over them. Ali & Matt did a wonderful job at making their condo a perfect place for our family to stay. I highly recommend them!!!

Just what we needed...

Where do I start...we have stayed in many different properties at PCB, both the west and east ends and this unit is definitely one that we would like to return to. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we requested to extend our stay for an additional night and the owner gladly took care of setting that up for us. Vista Mar has all that you will need. We loved having the easy access of being on the ground floor. This allowed us to just push our wagon and cooler right up to the back patio where they stayed for the week...no sand in the condo. The unit is fully equipped and newly renovated. The owner realizes the important things like charging stations for phones on both nightstands and in the tv room. She even had the bathroom stocked with things like hair ties, q-tips, cotton balls, etc. I always pack necessities like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc....Well there was no need at Vista Mar. The closet is packed with beach supplies, like toys, chairs and new wagon that is not even out of the box. The owner thought of everything. She even left us a snack basket and charcuterie box in the fridge. These special touches matter! We enjoyed the charcuterie as we watched a sunset with a bottle of wine. The location is great as well. We would take walks down the strip in the mornings in both directions. It has easy access to the bay where we choose to grocery shop just 5 minutes away. The Walmart is very close but tends to be crazy busy. Overall, a perfect vacation and a much needed break for this educator! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope to return soon.

Hi, My husband and I live in FL and we love to visit our home in PCB. We'd love to share a bit about us, we are a family of 4 plus a big old puppy. My husband is currently serving in the Navy and I am an 8 year Navy veteran turned teacher. We love serving our communities and use this as our escape from reality.

Why they chose this property

The literal translation is "Sea View". My husband says I get lost in the crashing waves while I sit out in the mornings, and I hope it is just as enjoyable for you all. It is truly my escape and a quick walk out whenever I need a moment to breathe, relax, or enjoy all of life's little blessings. No matter how packed the strip of beach is, our area seems to always be just right for us and never to packed for my calm seeking mind. It's everything I need. We hope when you look at the sea, that you also can escape reality for a moment and get lost in the crashing waves, salty air, and white sand.

What makes this property unique

Some unique benefits of our home are the small touches we use to make our home welcoming and loving. The view from the back porch is peaceful and calming while indoors the space is relaxing after a long exciting and tiring day at the beach. The closeness to the beach allows you to be there for sunset every night within seconds, we personally never miss it when we are home and we hope you don’t either. Another great plus, if you forget anything, its just a short walk to back porch.
