Very nice, clean and spacious townhouse in beautiful Verandah golf community. 2 great golf courses, pools, restaurants , fitness center and kayaking. We had a wonderful time.

Nice Residential Neighborhood w/ Amenities

Veranda is a planned gated adult larger residential area of connected smaller neighborhoods built around two 18hole golf courses. Many walking/biking trails along with the residential streets; very scenic area bordering on its southern side in part the Orange River. Quiet area being residential, but modern strip mall just a mile away with Publix and couple restaurants. We rented bikes from downtown FM to use on the trails. Owner had a well stocked refrigerator; nice pleasant surprise. We returned the favor at our visit’s end with some other storable foods and beverages. We missed not having a TV in main bedroom, though as was described to not have. Other amenities in Veranda are available for added fees for longer stays than ours; such as golf course use, fitness center, and clubhouse pool. This townhome had all we needed, so very pleased. Had a couple questions for owner early on, he was quite responsive, and very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
