Cozy Private Guest Studio

Brand new cozy studio apartment with private entrance. Our space is a one-room studio with a small kitchenette (dual burner countertop, small refrigerator) with a separate bathroom with a shower and tub. The room and bathroom are both brand new. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a workspace (desk and chair) high-speed internet and an apple tv. The perfect place to unwind or binge-watch your favorite shows. We live right in the middle of the San Fernando Valley, 7 mins from both the 101 and 405, just 10 mins from Encino and Tarzana, with easy access to downtown, beaches, Hollywood, Universal City, Burbank, and minutes from Cal-State Northridge!

Everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive away. In our neighborhood, you’ll find a shopping center (a few blocks away) where you can buy groceries, grab a quick bite, or have Starbucks coffee. There are also adventures to be had at Lake Balboa Park (8mins) where you can paddle a boat, go for a walk, or just take in the scenery. Caballero Canyon (15mins) hiking trail is great, you can hike and see priceless views of the valley and mountains. The Japanese Garden is nearby too. If shopping is more your thing we are right in the middle of 3 shopping malls about 10-15mins away (by car) you can shop till you drop at Topanga Mall, The Village, and Northridge Fashion Center. You can also dine at any of these shopping malls, as they also have multiple restaurants. Whatever your favorite pastime there’s something neighboring in our location! I would recommend renting a car just so you have the freedom to explore near or far. Uber and Lyft work great too! But, for all your necessary needs everything is within walking distance.
