Enjoy the sunsets and lake views from this Island gem. Brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath! This cozy unit is more than a mobile, it’s an actual wood framed home with all the amenities! This home has large closets, washer and dryer, and a huge wrap around deck and is located on the Island at Sam's Beachcomber's Resort Unit B-6. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private handicapped accessible bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with an additional bathroom right outside the bedroom. Sleeps 4

The Resort is a gated community that provides 24 hour security, a heated swimming pool, spa, a clubhouse with a pool table and lots of social activities, a gym, card room, horseshoe pits, a private beach, private boat launch and private boat slips ($20/Day, and reservations with front office required) and an on-site laundry facility. Call for special "Winter Rental Rates"
