Fantastic Intracoastal Condo Waterview 201
NOTE: Water View is under construction for building upgrades into 2027. There may be noise, the pool is currently closed with guest allowed to use pool next door.
Fantastic Intracoastal Waterway views from every window. Imagine yourself in this tastefully renovated condo on the NE corner of the building, relaxing, watching boats and dolphins, and making vacation memories. As soon as you enter this charming property you will feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have beautiful cabinetries, and granite counters with unique tile, and backsplashes. The master bedroom is waterside with a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a King size bed, ceiling fan, mounted TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has double sinks and tub/shower. There is a utility space with a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds, a ceiling fan, and TV. The hallway bathroom has a step-in shower. What a location, being directly across the street from the complex's private beach access to the sandy Gulf beaches of Indian Shores. After a wonderful day at the beach, go fishing on the complex's fishing pier, relax poolside, take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or just sit back and relax on your amazing waterfront balcony.
