About this property

No xtra fees, 2br, 2.5ba, 3-story townhome, pet friendly with beautiful kitchen

Three-story townhome with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, an office, a patio, a Peloton and lots of storage with a 1 car garage. This is an end unit with south windows allowing great light into the unit, across the street from a small park where we take our dog frequently. It is 1 mile from lots of stores including Costco, Target, and many food options. Close to most major hospitals and 20mins from downtown Denver and 10mins from Denver tech center! Fast Wifi for work from homers! This is our home and not a full time rental, we only rent for 1 month or more while we are out of state for work.
