Beautiful Home with Heated Pool & Spa saltwater and open ALL YEAR and AC

4,100+ ft² southwest style house. Open kitchen/dining area with wood burning fireplace in the dining room. All Televisions have AppleTV and there is a full house SONOS audio system. Most of the home has local pine solid wood floors and Saltillo tile along with viga ceilings (exposed tree trunk beams.) The main floor has the Primary bedroom (king bed, fireplace, custom steam shower, walk out to pool). A guest room (king bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower), covered portal (deck), two bedrooms (one with a queen, the other a full bed) and a full bathroom. The home has A/C throughout as well as radiant heat.

Downstairs (1,200 ft) There is a baby grand piano, a gym (2 bikes including a Peloton+ w/guest login, treadmill, weights, etc...) a large flat screen, sitting area, table tennis, massage table. Sleeping area has a king bed . There is a walk-out to the basketball area.

The pool and spa have underwater music, color changing LED lighting, hand troweled blue plaster, hand-made tile detail, in-floor cleaning and vacuum and skimmer robots. The pool is secured with an automatic pool cover (key operated for safety.) Heating, filtration and water chemistry (salt water) are all automated. We DO NOT charge for heating the pool, which we like to keep at a very comfortable temperature and can adjust as needed. Outside bar has a 10' rear screen projector and an additional flat screen, fridge/freezer, ice maker, infrared heaters, shower, gas/wood fireplace and a wireless retractable awning to shade from the sun.

There is level 2 EV ChargePoint charging station @ no additional cost.
