Can't beat location!! Spacious, 3 bedroom 2 bath updated house right outside UGA campus. Can't get much closer to the action! Enjoy Five Points restaurants and coffee shops within 2 blocks. Sanford Stadium (1.4 miles) Stegeman Coliseum and Folly Field are within a 1/2 mile walking distance. Leave your car in the driveway and walk around town. The large front yard is all set for tailgating, the downstairs game room has a large 65-inch TV with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and hockey. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of street and driveway parking.

Amazing Athens Stay

The property was very close to downtown Athens and it was super nice to have the games in the basement area. The house was clean and well-maintained. Will definitely return

Perfect for a Girls' Weekend!

Our group was in town for a sorority alumnae event and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of sleeping options and space! We loved being within walking distance of local favorite Cali N Titos and Jittery Joes coffee. Hope to return soon for another fun weekend at our alma mater!

Swimming meet

We were in town to watch grandson swim in Georgia Invitational. Location is excellent as you are almost on campus. Game room in the basement provided fun for the entire family. Could have used a grill.

Amazing Location

We were in town for a sorority parents weekend. The house was great for just hanging out, and location could not have been more perfect to get to the stadium. Owner was very easy to contact. A great weekend!
