This darling cottage is a close to everything and was recently completely and thoughtfully renovated. Beautiful new flooring greets you as you enter and flows throughout the home. The open floor plan makes great use of all the space. Beautiful Bright Eat-In Kitchen opens to the family room by the breakfast bar. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed, and the bathroom is spacious and fully renovated to be functional and beautiful. Three bedrooms all with updated fixtures. Perfect Location!

Nice cottage & good location

The cottage is clean and comfortable. It's located close to downtown and is a 10 min or less Uber ride to pretty much everything. I would stay again.

Great stay

The location to UGA is close good for a GAMEDAY for a good 4-5 people. Only 1 bathroom but beds are big and very comfortable. Property was super clean and the owner was quick to respond no issues at all!

Nice place for UGA visit

This home fit our needs for a long weekend visiting UGA. The house is small (as indicated in the description) but easily accommodated our family. The interior of the house has recently been remodeled and was very clean. Shower is brand new and nice (no tub). The driveway and yard may still be a work in progress. The location is close to the college (about 10 min drive) as well as restaurants and shopping. It’s even within easy walking distance to Cook Out! The area was very quiet other than a neighbor’s dog who barked a bit for attention. The owner of this property was very responsive and accommodating.
