About this property

Our Barn Apartment is so cute. It is inside a 1020s Barn and has been renovated in Dec 2021 with a Coastal flare for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your private Gazebo with table and chairs to relax, eat or just visit with family and friends. It is not wheel chair ready because of the doors to small but it is all on ground level for someone who can not do stairs.

Our place is situated right across from the Tres Palacios Bay. There is a boat ramp and several fishing piers w/in 1 block. We have plenty of room for you to trailer park your boat at night on our lot.

Take a romantic stroll or an enjoyable run on our 1.5 mile long Palacios seawall. Enjoy our Free fishing piers, small beaches and picnic tables.

Our vacation rental is situated right across from the Tres Palacios Bay. We have beautiful sunrises to look at right from the front porch or yard, as well as the perfect view of the bay.

There is a boat ramp and several fishing piers right across the street. However, we have plenty of room for you to trailer park your boat at night, right behind our place.

Our beautiful 1 and 1/2-mile-long seawall is very enjoyable for a romantic stroll. It is also a perfect run for the athletic. You will get to enjoy the many, many Shorebirds & Pelicans and you may even spot some dolphins that frequent our bay. Palacios is on the Great Coasting Birding Trail and the wildlife around here is bountiful.

You can have a picnic at many of the tables along the bay with small BBQ grills. If you have children, there are awesome nautical playgrounds to entertain them.

Palacios has many covered table areas, 3 playground for kids, restrooms, and grassy areas for picnicking. Numerous piers are spaced out along the parks bay side, all of which are well lit for your coastal fun. It is such an enjoyable experience being in Palacios, Texas.

Adorable Barndominium

This little Barndominium was perfect for us. Close to the bay. 30 minutes from Matagorda beach. We had a wonderful time. The owners were great. Thank you again Marianne and Gary.

Cutest Beach Theme

We had an amazing weekend fishing and relaxing in the cutest beach theme barndo rental. Owners attend to every detail! We will definitely be back again!

My husband and I have lived in and loved Palacios, Tx. for many years. We love the hometown feeling and living on the bay. We love our views of the bay and wanted to share it with vacation renters in the area. We have designed our apartments with the coastal flare that we love.

Three years ago renovated a house that was hit by a hurricane and needed a lot of work to make it a special Coastal get away for you. We love the coast and have decorated with coastal and beach colors. Now we have expanded and soon will have 3 vacations rentals at a great location with awesome views of the Tres Palacios Bay that leads into the Gulf of Mexico.

We purchased a 4300 sq foot 1920s barn with an apartment in the back. We just renovated the barndominium in Dec 2021.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood has Bay views. The 1.5 mile seawall is so close with picnic tables, and Free lighted fishing piers 24 hours a day. The community is so friendly with lots of activities going on. The shops downtown have Arts and Crafts, Antiques and much more. Our Museum is so much fun with the history of the town and so much information on LaSalle and a miniture repplica of the ship.

What makes this property unique

My property is large and just a few steps to the bay. We have a big yard for playing games that we provide such as Corn Hole, Croquet, Bocce ball and more. BBQ gas grills and Old Smokey grills are provided.
