Welcome to the BRAND NEW Building 4 in Gulf Shores Plantation, offering an ideal complex for families to enjoy. This gated resort community has a lot to offer, including tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the convenient Sassy Bass restaurant for dining. You'll be treated to private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping, with activities available for all ages, making it a perfect destination for family getaways. The neighboring Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the fantastic Kiva Dunes Restaurant are just a short walk away. The complex is also conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of all the great attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable, well-decorated living space with a fully equipped kitchen loaded with appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups, glasses, plates, and everything you need to prepare meals with family and friends. The living area features a flat-screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa, a single recliner, and balcony access with a side view of the beach. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

Please note that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are on-site laundry facilities for your convenience.

For winter reservations during January and February, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made prior to October 1st. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Overall was a great place to stay. The only thing i would change would be to put a curtain up on the sliding door. We had intended to use the couch as a bed but there was no privacy. There was also beach chairs, wagon and tools available to use.

Great Property!

Overall this place was perfect for people of all ages. My young son loved the outdoor pools and my husband and mother in law loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The beach was so close and had easy access. The room was perfect for us. We just made sure to stock up on everything we would want to eat and drink at Walmart before going to the property. Not much out there for supplies other than a Dollar General but it did come in handy too.

Memorial Day Weekend

Great place! Short walk to the beach. Very nice unit. Clean. New appliances. Easy communication with rental company when needed. Perfect for a family of four plus the parents. Nice and quiet location. Awesome beach. Close enough to the crowds and restaurants of Gulf Shores. Short drive to Ft. Morgan, which is a neat excursion. Highly recommend this place.

Summer getaway

2 - adults, 2 - 13 yr olds & a 1 yr old. Plenty of room. Mostly gone all day. We did not cook meals, just sandwiches & fast snacks. If you plan on full meals everyday for more than 2/3 ppl, I would get a different unit.

Great condo

Fantastic weekend trip with Poole & Associates at the Plantation. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There were 2-3 beach chairs, beach toys for kids and even a buggy to help you get your stuff to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. (We did have a problem with the small cheap blender provided but that was an easy fix.) This unit had Queen beds in both rooms and the mattresses were comfortable. 2 smart TV’s we’re also nice. The Plantation pools, beach walkways and other amenities are in really good shape. The pool chairs could really be a little nicer and they need a few more of them but that’s not on Poole. I will definitely consider this property again for future Fort Morgan trips.
