The house was well laid out and well equipped. There was a lot of space for all of us. It was a good quiet location for a family vacation. We really enjoyed the large pool and the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it.

The home was clean and beautiful, plenty of space for our girls trip. The walk to the beach was lovely, not far at all and the pool was great as well! Location is great, close to restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We had a nice, relaxing week at the Waterlust Beach House!

The house was exactly as described in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was open and with plenty of room. It served its purpose. I do wish that the check in was smoother as we received the code to access the property late the evening prior to traveling after a couple of requests. We would have appreciated to be available 2-3 days prior since we were traveling a long distance.

Great house with lots of room!

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterlust! It was perfect for the first part of our two family w/adult children vacation. House was really clean and set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable! Close to many things in a great neighborhood. We would definitely secure this VRBO again in the future.

Family beach trip at waterlust

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Avon. The house was perfect for us and the owner was helpful and prompt with our concerns and questions. The community pool is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The house is in walking distance to the beach. The grocery store is just minutes away.

Great Space and Super Clean

Spent a weekend fishing and hanging out with friends in this beautiful space. All of the rooms were super clean on our arrival, beds were fresh and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group. The checkin process was easy, and the checkout was one of the easiest. (Load the dishwasher and take out the trash) Look forward to coming back to this spot.

July 4th Vacation

I was truly impressed with the house. The layout was wonderful and it was very clean. It was break from the rat race of life. Our Host Sergey was great he was always quickly responsive to my questions and did all he could possibly do to make this a joyous vacation and it was. Definitely worth the investment. Please go to this place you will enjoy. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful House

Beautiful house and great location, only problem was the A/C did not work. House stayed at 78 degrees which is very warm when trying to sleep.

They stay and house was very nice. The tv access could have been better. I also think that all rooms should have tv’s that work, the only tv that we were able to use was the one off from the kitchen. The grass should have been cut, the mosquitos were terrible, and dog poop everywhere in the yard. Overall the house was very nice.

Would definitely stay again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this property. There were six adults and two infants under two which the property accommodated nicely based on the layout. No one felt cramped. The home was remodeled as stated in the description. The community is situated close enough to the beach to walk (if everyone is healthy and able, and is only carrying a minimum amount of items) but it was easier for us to drive with infants and beach items for a party of eight. There is a parking lot somewhat closer. Sergey was our point of contact and he was super responsive. Fast responses in the app and either answered calls or returned them quickly.
