Beautiful property and very spacious for 6 guests. It was nice to have three bathrooms for that many of us. Host was very communicative, and very helpful. Very easy to check in. The location felt very safe and the property is clearly well maintained. We absolutely would recommend staying here.
A nice property. Had everything we needed. The rooms were nicely spread out which gave each room a lot of privacy. The property is centrally located which makes getting around Albuquerque easy.
The photos don’t do justice for this property. Everything was as described in the listing, but what isn’t shown is how much open space there is in the house. Not only are there enough bed and bathrooms, there is ample space for moving around and lounging. The back yard is private and cozy. We had a full house of family in town for a funeral - they had plenty of space to get ready and eat meals.
Wow this is the place to stay! We had so much fun visiting Albuquerque and the house was located perfectly. We had our two and 3/4 yr old grandson with us and the park was a huge hit. Also, the private fenced outdoor areas were perfect for him to play and be safe. We were on eastern time and the house was big enough to let some sleep and others get up and play. Three bathrooms is great, and the tub a big plus. We loved the decor and the feel of the traditional architecture. We did not use the fireplaces, but they were lovely. It is also centrally located, 15 minutes to anything. We cooked everything and had what we needed to feed a family of four. We would definitely stay again if we get to come back here. Thanks to our host1
Great house with all the amenities to support 8 adults for a few days. Walking distance to the UNM campus, and close to downtown and other parts of Albuquerque.
Our stay was perfect for our family to meet in Albuquerque for our mom’s surgery. We were accompanied with checking into the house a little early so my mom could rest after our travel. It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Everyone had their own space in the house. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you
The host was great and easy to communicate with. The house was amazing, especially the two private suites. The house was located very close to a park and playground that our grandchildren loved. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks so much
The house was very clean and well kept. It was also very welcoming and I would highly recommend if you have a family. It was also very central to everything in Albuquerque.
Jody was very welcoming! This is a very charming home, nicely furnished, and plenty of room for the five of us staying there. The kitchen had most every tool, cookware and bakeware that you would need for cooking at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of everything we needed as well. It was nice to find this home in the heart of Albuquerque as we were visiting family members who live there.
