Nestled in the heart of Sunriver, this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a short distance to everything Sunriver has to offer including Nature Center, proximity to airport, marina and stables.

Warm up and relax after a day of play in front of the inviting fireplace and twist up your favorite cocktail while preparing a tasty meal in the beautifully stocked kitchen. We have a feeling you're not going to want to leave.

The main level has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom.

Head upstairs to find a king bedroom and a guest bedroom with a queen bed plus a full jack-n-jill bath.

It’s so easy to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, just hop on one of the 3 provided adult bikes and hit the 34 miles of paved paths running throughout the community.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Our family had a great time during our stay! The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, and shops, which made it really easy to enjoy our time without having to go far. Check-in was smooth, and everything in the unit worked just as expected. We really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, yet still so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice property in Sunriver. The location is great. The home was clean and had most of the utensils we needed. The daily rate was fine, but the extra expenses tacked on top make this a fairly expensive rental.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very well located to the Nature Center/Marina two of the locations we spent a good amount of time at. The only thing I would change would have a better explanation of how the thermostat works. No detailed information was provided. The property management was very helpful though and quick to respond. We would definitely rent again.

Great spot for a family getaway

Wonderful condo and location. We had family staying in a Quelah condo and ended up just across the parking lot from them. Comfortable rooms, represented accurately. My only thing to mention is the instructions by the thermostat suggest opening windows at night to cool down, but the upstairs bedrooms (which were warmer) did not have screens, so we only tried that once.

Sunriver Condo

Beautiful, clean, well stocked condo. Excellent location. Excellent communication with management group. Only thing I would change is the 5 pm check in time. Fortunately we were able to get in early but had to text throughout the day to firm up a time and it was difficult to plan our adventures around this process.
