Spacious Clearbrook Townhouse located across from Loon Mountain

Spacious, 3 bed 2 full bath, townhouse with views of Loon Mountain- perfect for a White Mountain getaway anytime of the year! Many nearby activities including: riverfront beach/swimming, biking, skiing, hiking, Whale's Tale Water Park, Clarks Trading Post, roughly 1 hour from Storyland in Glen NH.

Above the entry foyer is the kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV with Internet, Amazon Fire Stick, Spectrum Cable and deck access. The top floor is a primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a full private bath. The lower level of the townhouse contains two bedrooms; one with queen bed, and a twin bunk and the other with a queen bed. Downstairs there is a full bath and laundry facilities.

All linens are included and there is a free shuttle to Loon Mountain during winter weekends/holidays.

We DO NOT have pool access, however daily passes can sometimes be purchased at the Mountain Club or Nordic Inn.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace won't heat entire home + will throw off the temp downstairs (thermostat near). Pls only use electric heat as needed and turn off upon exit.
Please keep tablecloth on the dining room kitchen at all times. Please do not leave the stove on when unattended. Please take the trash out upon exit!
Please make sure to remove all personal items including clothing and trash from drawers and refrigerator.

Enjoyable stay

We were there for a quick hike. 2 nights, 6 persons. More than enough space for everyone, spacious rooms, nice living areas, quiet and clean subburb. We had a very relax and pleasant time. Thanks Franscesca Jacques

Excellent Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner was attentive and quick to answer any questions. The condo was very clean, updated, and offered all of the comforts of home.

Roomy and Vibrant Property

This rental had everything our group needed and more. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and the furniture fit us all when we ate the table or chilled on the couch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make for ourselves as well. The property is in an awesome location and we couldn’t have asked for better communication from the property manager.

Fantastic stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights over February vacation and it was great. It was just as advertised in the pictures and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The owner was in contact with us leading up to the stay and immediately answered any questions we had. They even supplied us with enough firewood for our 3 nights. Shuttle bus to the mountain was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Perfect townhouse for our two families

We would definitely stay here again. The townhouse was very comfortable for two families of four. The owner, Theo, was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The townhouse matched the description on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean and tidy.

Great condo, amazing location.

The Loonhouse was really am impressive condo. Their location is super convenient. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It's very roomy but feels super cozy and warm with my family. We felt a million miles away from home but it was just a couple hours from Boston. We look forward to returning again this winter and want to come in the summer too.

Quiet, well-appointed, spacious condo

This condo worked very well for our large family. There are multiple levels, so my husband and I had peace and quiet on the upper level, while our 10-year-old daughter slept in the loft area just a little below, and all the teenagers had the basement to themselves. It was very handy having the shuttle come by at regular intervals, so that members of our group could come and go as they pleased. The skiing at Loon was terrific. We tried out the cross country trail for the first time and enjoyed the well-groomed, quiet path beside the river. With everyone being tired after a full day of outdoor adventure, it was nice to cook a simple dinner at the condo and not have to go back out. The living room was cozy with large windows and a fireplace. The owner was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
