Stayed with adult family for a wedding in Dripping Springs. Fantastic hosts who communicate well and have everything ready to go. We had an amazing stay. The road near the house needs a little work from the neighborhood but, otherwise, the location and property are perfect!!

Overall this home was perfect and very close to our daughter’s wedding venue. The host provided a very detailed welcome note. Wish we could have been accommodated a late check out. I recommend reaching out much sooner to the host if you need something.

Shauna, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that our home met your needs and expectations. We work very hard to make our space a "home away from home". We would be happy to welcome you back any time! We are disappointed that our rating was affected due to our inability to fulfill your last-minute late check-out request. Please note that early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed, as they depend not only on adjacent reservations but also on the schedules of our valued business partners. Advance notice greatly increases our ability to accommodate such requests. In your case, the request was received close to midnight on the eve of your departure, leaving us minimal time to coordinate with our cleaning company, which operates on a tightly scheduled calendar.

Lovely lovely house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, comfy and well-appointed! The hosts have truly thought of everything to make their home feel like yours when you’re there and they were quick to respond when we had questions. The location is great. Not far from anything in Dripping Springs and Austin and Pedernales Falls State Park are just short drives. We loved the area and having found a place we enjoyed staying at so much, we can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home!

Our stay here met my expectations & then some! This beautiful home was jam-packed full of amenities and little creature comforts that made this stay so enjoyable for our group. From the oversized bath towels, to the comfortable beds, to the pantry items like coffee and microwave popcorn - these little details made this stay feel like a home away from home for us! To top things off, our hosts were extremely responsive - helping answer any questions and giving recommendations for local spots. Would highly recommend this place for your group!

First time in Dripping Springs

Wonderful home and extremely comfortable. Top-notch conditions and the owners thought of everything that made it easy to enjoy the stay. We’ll be coming back. The hill country is very quaint and beautiful. It was easy to enjoy because you felt right at home and relaxed. Drinking coffee in the morning at the kitchen table looking out at the view was a favorite feature for the wife and I. Kids loved having their own space to play games & TV. Kids also appreciated the wonderfully done extra bedrooms. Kudos to the owners!
