This cute and modern 340 sqft tiny house is an unique Airbnb experience . With all custom work inside and out it’s a must see ! Located on the beautiful Upper Iowa river in dorchester Iowa . For a romantic couples getaway , fishing trip or small family retreat, it will make your trip a special one .
It features 2 open loft bedrooms ( one on each side )
1 room with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Downstairs futon can sleep 1 more adult/child.

-propane for grill and firewood are not provided with this rental. Please bring your own firewood/buy it in local town. There will be a tank at property that can be filled in town as well.
-3 night minimum stay required for weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend.

Very unique property on the river bank in the middle of the picturesque Driftless area. Only minor issue was contact with host. Cell calls required a 5 minute drive for service, but she was prompt and very helpful.

We chose this property based on the description of the property being secluded and the photos being picturesque and it was maybe worth 1/3 of what we paid. It was directly next to another home that had people outside in a hot tub when we checked in. It was in front of the Upper Iowa river, but had a busy highway on the other side of the river, so little to no privacy. There were also no blinds or curtains on the glass door or 4 of the windows, so the only place you could change unseen from outside was the tiny bathroom. The property was also not well maintained with dirty pot holders and grimy walls in the bathroom, 4-5 of the ceiling light fixtures were missing their covers, one of the fire detectors was disconnected from the wires and sitting on the kitchen sink and there is a soft spot on the floor that has cracked open and could let who knows what in that they covered with a couple rugs, rather than fixing it. The towels and bedding were also all mismatched and worn and looked like they'd been picked up at a second hand store. They had a Kurig coffee maker on the counter but no K-Cups, which I would have expected for that price.

Loved it! The only suggestions we have are to get a more comfortable couch and to put grippies on the stairs leading up to the bedroom (they were a little slippery while wearing socks). The whole place was very clean and well equipped. The scenery could not be beat!
