Beach Club #112 - Unique Oceanfront living

Unique oceanfront living only 65 feet from the Atlantic!

The Key West Beach Club is a quiet, peaceful residential building that sits directly on the water. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter the unit.

This comfortable 2 bedroom unit features a huge oceanfront balcony accessed from both the living/dining area and master bedroom.

This unit features central heat/air, cable TV, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchens, 2 baths, security entry, one reserved parking space in the garage and elevator access.

Resort amenities include 2 ocean side pools (one heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, workout room and sauna. Sleeps 4-5 (with extra charges over 4).

Please note: the Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs and background checks for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement. NO CHECK-INs ALLOWED AFTER 10 p.m. at the Key West Beach Club.

Bedding: 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 futon (in 2nd bedroom)

*Disclaimer: Due to the property's oceanfront location, please be aware that Key West experiences seasonal occurrences of fermenting turtle grass along the south shore of the island brought on by our southern winds in the summer. This is a natural phenomenon that is outside of our control.

Location

If you want a beach vibe, this is the place. One minute away from a white sand beach. The pool was great and hardly anyone used it. You def need a car. Too far to walk to duval and the ac was needed. During low tide you can sit way out on a sand bar. The porch has the best view for morning coffee.

Don’t rent unless you like being uncomfortable

rent kw vacations was excellent to deal with, and this review only negatively affects this unit. We loved the Beach Club, and I would look for another unit in there for a future visit, as the grounds are gorgeous and the pools and pool furniture were the only respite we had during our stay.1. It is really wrong to have personal photos everywhere and in every room, never been in a vacation rental place before that did that2. twin beds, both mattresses in front bedroom are awful, really need new mattresses, did not get one good night's sleep during the entire vacation and the twin bedding was old, faded and felt like it was an after thought3. there is not a single piece of comfortable furniture in the entire condo, couch is ridiculously low and so uncomfortable as are both chairs4. outdoor furniture, one lounger and with weird thing with ottoman that is not only not comfortable but has rust marks all over it that get on your clothes5. bathrooms are completely outdated, and the tile shower bottoms are so slick and a fall hazard, actually slid on the wet tile multiple times6. there is no place to put any shower items in the front shower not even a cheap shower caddy7. throw rugs in the kitchen and living room are real trip hazards 8. weird, excessive furniture just makes the place crowded, understand displaying items, but not like a museum9. coffee mugs that actually hold a full cup would be a nice addition

This condo was an excellent place to stay! The host had anything and everything you would need. Especially in the kitchen. The view was excellent. Proximity of town and the beaches were close enough to walk anywhere. The Key West vacation staff were so nice and responsive to my needs. I had seen some reviews before I came down about the owners family pictures everywhere and other photos, but once you get there and see who is in the pictures it all made sense. As a veteran, it was an honor to stay there and see the owners pride in the their life career and life accomplishments! The decor was awesome! It will be one place I’ve stayed that I’ll never forget! Thanks to everyone who made the trip worthwhile especially the Key West staff! Also thank you to the owners!

If you are an older couple looking for comfort of sitting please look elsewhere. If you don’t like clowns as decor look elsewhere. If you want to know the owner’s political views with photos this is your place.
