We rent on monthly basis minimum 27 to 30 days per month depending on the month. This policy makes entire payment local TAX FREE saving 11%.
2BR and 2Bath beautiful Palm Valley Country Club single story condo with no steps access. Winter getaway in Palm Desert, CA with guard gated security and patrol, lush grounds surround 2 golf courses and tennis courts. Giant club house with massage spa , bar, restaurants, snack and golf shop available to guests. Condo has nearby heated pool/spa (over 40 on property) and one block walking to club house or use our golf cart for spa, hair and nail salon, restaurants, bar with Friday night live band, etc.

Preferred SW all day sun with double fairway, lake, fountains and mountain views from patio with electric retracting covered awning so no umbrella to move around. Spacious front gated patio with built in natural gas BBQ (no tanks to refill). Well removed from freeway and train noise other locations experience. Two car garage parking for one car and golf cart with space for pool toys, extra refrigerator/freezer and storage. 2 car parking driveway.

Professionally updated throughout. The kitchen has Keurig coffee, filtered water, microwave, DACOR convection full stove, wine storage (? some rare wine!), whisper dishwasher, and all standard utensils, dishes, towels, linens, pans, etc. Two full sets of sheets for each bed (queen and king).
Custom art in living/dining area with large very comfortable sectional and two captains chairs for TV, 3 empty closets for two bedrooms with built in drawers, washer/dryer, glass enclosed showers with double sinks in master BR. Master has King bed and dressers. Guest room Murphy style new queen bed and built in desk with TV and printer. Wi-Fi provided with free cable tv including golf channel and access to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your subscription. All windows have white shutters permitting open view or privacy throughout.
SAVE $$ with no tax required on monthly rentals (deduct from vrbo estimate if present). Maid service can be arranged for fee midway in your stay.

Use of GOLF CART at your risk for evening rides around property (not off site) and to dinner at club, etc. (not permitted on golf course). Saves in and out of car for those trips.
Due to owner allergy NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
Short drive to public golf, tennis, restaurants, hotels and shops of El Paseo Drive. Plenty of fee only golf and tennis all around the location with nearby grocery, drug stores, car wash, banks, etc. Many restaurants have senior meal size and pricing in addition to our list of over 40 happy hours restaurants and bars that substitute for dinner many times at very reasonable rates.

This desert home is a beautifully maintained property.Gorgeous wide counter open kitchen equipped with excellent appliances and kitchen amenities.Front patio with golf course view perfect for entertaining friends. A private patio as well.Two comfortable bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms.Close to the pool and welcoming hot tub. Tennis and golf available for guests and the use of a golf cart.The owner very helpful and amenable.An enjoyable and easy vacation spot.

We are Southern California beach people so have really enjoyed having this desert retreat which has its own "feel" with a host of activities but also a place we enjoy wine on the patio in the afternoon taking in glorious sunsets and making fun of the golfers who get in "our" sand trap. We are sure you also can create lasting memories here. We make every effort so you won't have to do anything but vacation turn key style.

Why they chose this property

This property is situated with all the benefits of away from noise but close to main gate for those trips out. It faces southwest which prevents living in the shadow of your condo with sunny mornings and afternoons protected by the overhead retractable awning. It is literally like new after its remodel and very light use having never before been rented until 2023. The desert tones make you settle right into the life style here. The landscaping and deep green grass of the golf course with numerous lakes are all very inviting and relaxing. Long walks on lightly used streets are great morning and afternoon.

What makes this property unique

Palm Valley is much closer to the air port, trendy shopping and great restaurants of Paseo Avenue and Palm Springs than LaQuinta area. Everything you need is right here and accessible with minimal time in the car. It is the "friendly club" and welcomes non-members to enjoy the main pool, bar, Friday night buffets with live entertainment and dinners at the main restaurant as well as breakfast at Bogies outdoor overlooking the golf. We have great neighbors but you will feel all alone in your space.
