Our first family trip to Texas! Wonderful host! The pics of the house don’t do it justice, such a Beautiful home, location & serene area! Loved the Surfside community, and an easy drive up to Galveston to adventure the tourist area. We look forward to booking this one again!

The house was just as described in the listing. The layout of the house was perfect for our family trip with 6 adults and two children. The beds in the bunk room were a little uncomfortable, but manageable. There was a slight issue at check-in but I contacted the host and they responded quickly and resolved the issue within hours. The house was close to the beach and within walking distance to the crabbing peer. We would definitely book this house again in the future.

We absolutely loved it here! You can walk to the beach and crabbing pier. Beach house is perfect with porch on 3 sides! Great view of beach. Close to the restaurants. Best beach VRBO thus far. Would definitely go again!

What a great place for a New Year's getaway! The house was clean had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable and the beach was within steps of the house. If your a birder, be sure to cross the highway and check out the bay side, and a drive down Crab Road in Surfside at low tide is sure to yield some rails. We LOVED our stay and hope to come back.
