Cozy 4 bedroom house 25 minutes from PHL Airport come stay with us.

The house is very warm and welcoming, its the perfect home away from home. its hidden in little paradise 3 blocks away from the waterfront very friendly neighbors reminded me when i was a kid and I would run and play in the street. Listening to the kids playing brings me joy. Now the house itself you don't want to leave it once inside it is so cozy.

Served it’s purpose

The home served and accommodated my family of 8 well. Was a little rough with just 2 bathrooms, but we made it work. The home is really nice. But be careful of the steep stairs, and the neighborhood does not fit that home. However, the neighborhood was quiet at night. Highly recommend if you’re looking for room, comfort, affordability, and no city noise.

Tara, if that house was in the very upper class neighborhood that wouldn't be the cost to rent it, the house is over 100 years old the steps are original they make it work back then I don't see why it can't work now without someone complaining about it and for the neighbors they are just country folks living their lives minding their own business, I came into this town and introducing a lot of strangers to this neighborhood now I'm feeling so guilty of renting out my house to people like you who don't appreciate. The neighborhood has a lot of mansion not just what you see around there. Think about going to a fancy restaurant paying top dollar for the food and it's crap but yet you wouldn't talk bad about it you would bragg about there restaurant you went to even though the food is not good.

Nice updates to this house

Our host was very responsive! We had trouble getting into the house and she answered our call at 11pm and quickly resolved the situation. The house was clean and the kitchen had the essentials we needed. We were very comfortable. It is a spacious house that apparently had a recent major facelift. For this reason, don’t be scared by the street view pictures from Google Maps - the pictures from VRBO are accurate! I appreciate the time and energy the hosts have put into this house. It is far and away the nicest house in the neighborhood.
