Very Nice Updated townhouse

We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for our family of six. Michelle was very responsive when we needed something. It was a great location and close to all the restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious.

Great Location, Amazing townhome

Good location to Stetson University

Overall property was spot on with the pictures listed. Great communication with owner. Only thing, could use more lighting but everything worked out. Would rent again

What makes this property unique

This is a 2 story townhouse with front and rear entrances on the bottom floor. All living spaces and half bathroom are located downstairs. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs. Laundry room is located under the carport. There is a workstation for a laptop. The living room has a sliding glass door that opens up to the front porch where you can make use of the propane gas grill we have provided. The living room also features a foosball table, and bar area with stools. One of the bedrooms upstairs is dedicated to the kids, 2 sets of bunk beds, a TV, games, books, crayons, etc.
