What makes this property unique
This is a 2 story townhouse with front and rear entrances on the bottom floor. All living spaces and half bathroom are located downstairs. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs.
Laundry room is located under the carport.
There is a workstation for a laptop. The living room has a sliding glass door that opens up to the front porch where you can make use of the propane gas grill we have provided. The living room also features a foosball table, and bar area with stools. One of the bedrooms upstairs is dedicated to the kids, 2 sets of bunk beds, a TV, games, books, crayons, etc.
