We loved the apartment. The location was great, just a fez blocks from downtown Deland. The place is really neat and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

Enough room for our family and a visitors over for dinner. Relaxing, yet close enough to downtown to enjoy the beautiful city of Deland!

Clean and comfortable

Roomy accomodations, very clean with modern appliances. TVs in every room. We were all adults, but many activities for children in the condo. Host very responsive.

The host double booked us, didn’t tell us till 15 minutes prior and then completely turned off all communication with myself and VRBO. I had 6 people coming for Alumni weekend, all graduates of 2024. We had people flying in and driving for hours around and day of meaning no more open properties or hardly any hotel rooms. Completely left us in dark and very unprofessional. Stay away from this person and her listings. Should be investigated by Vrbo for fraud.

What makes this property unique

This is a 2 story townhouse with front and rear entrances on the bottom floor. All living spaces and half bathroom are located downstairs. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs. Laundry room is located under the carport. There is a workstation for a laptop. The living room has a sliding glass door that opens up to the front porch where you can make use of the propane gas grill we have provided. The living room also features a foosball table, and bar area with stools. One of the bedrooms upstairs is dedicated to the kids, 2 sets of bunk beds, a TV, games, books, crayons, etc.
