A beautifully fully updated house located on St. Petersburg Beach. This home is 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The house is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, new refrigerator and dishwasher. Outdoor Gas grilling. Laundry machine and dryer. Covered Parking Garage for 1 car, additional parking space outside the house.
Outdoors you can also enjoy the enclosed porch or outdoor seating area with beach chairs and beach supplies.
The house is located within walking distance to all great restaurants , beach and grocery store.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please report any issues with the house or house items before leaving so we can address it right away before new guest comes in.
Any wet items can be left outside hanging to keep them dry to avoid collecting moisture.
Please do a quick rinse to any items that were taken to the beach to remove the sand before bringing them back to the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets can't sit or lay on any of the house furniture and linens. $2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
Please after 11pm keep all noise to a minimum to respect of our neighbors.
Garbage is every Mon-Thur and Recycle every Wed. Please take the cans out the day bf checkout.

The entire experience was negative beginning with the lack of heat in the house on 31 Jan 2026 which was the coldest day in the region's history. We had issues with the hot water heater that required a plumber for 2 days (2 & 3 Feb) and finally, on the evening of 4 Feb we discovered a severe rodent infestation that became evident as the weather warmed up. As a result, VRBO moved us to a temporary location while we found other accommodations. I will say that the owners were responsive to our issues, however, that does not excuse the house's overall condition.

This home had so much going for it. The location was ideal — just steps from the beach, making it easy to walk out the door and be in the sand within minutes. The garage was well-stocked with beach gear including coolers, which was a great bonus. Inside, the house was cozy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like ceiling fans in the bedrooms, hooks on the back of bedroom doors, and a lovely outdoor space.Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted when we discovered a rodent problem four days in. We were aware there had been a problem in January (based on a review), but the owners insisted it had been taken care of and it had been due to the unusually cold weather in January. After discovering a half eaten muffin in the kitchen I contacted the property owners and asked that they get their pest control person to the house as soon as possible. They were able to get pest control on-site within hours — even on a Sunday. That said, we didn't feel comfortable remaining in the home once we found a large rat in the trap that had been set. We ended up relocating for our final two nights. It was a real shame, because this was otherwise a very nice property.Our experience with VRBO's customer support was frustrating — they were unhelpful until we were able to provide photographic evidence of the rodent. Based on that experience, we won't be booking through VRBO again.

Comfort of home

Very cozy and close to amenities (beach, stores, Crabby Bill's). A supermarket nearby was closed due to a fire; otherwise, it would have been more convenient for getting groceries. Kitchen is usable for cooking and the bedrooms are spacious. Lovely back patio for hangout in the evening. The property manager is responsive to our concerns and made solid efforts in making sure the property matches up with the listing. We are pleased that we stayed in this property to attend a conference nearby, instead of a hotel, and are able to unwind each busy day with the comfort of home.
