Unit was small, but functional. Nice tv's and fireplace. Not the best dog walking neighborhood (rundown, look out for glass). Buffalo Park (great for dogs of all sizes) is only 10 minutes away.
We had an excellent stay. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Having a small fenced yard for our dog was perfect. Location was close enough to everything without being in the middle of everything. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. It had the hussle and bussle of the morning and evening hours, but other than that, nice and quiet.
We really enjoyed the rental, had our son & dogs with us too. Residence centrally located in Flagstaff and convenient/close distance to stores, coffee, downtown etc.
Cute property, very close to downtown and good location if you’re going skiing. Backyard area was excellent for our dog - enjoyed the fire pit as well!
We took a weekend vacation and wanted to get away with our pets. Location to everything was great, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. Ample outside room for our dogs to run around. House was comfortable and cozy. Would absolutely stay again!
This was our second stay and it’s perfect for our getaways. The house is adorable, the kitchen is super fun and the yard is amazing. Our dog can run, play and take in all the smells. There is a grill outside, books to read, blankets to cuddle. We love it.
Convenient location, close to good restaurants and an easy drive to downtown. The neighborhood seemed to be a mix of houses and businesses not as quiet as we had hoped for.
This bungalow is perfect! The bedrooms were both decent sized, with large tvs in every room! I had an issue with the stove (user error), and the owner came over to help me with it! This unit is very close to everything! There is a slightly sketchy house a couple of doors down but they were actually very quiet and no bother! It’s basically like any downtown city. We would stay here again!
Enjoyed the fifties atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the number of bathroom towels. Outside worked well with our dog. Television in each room was a plus. A small glitch when we checked in and code did not work. Called Rich and he immediately fixed the issue! Not thrilled with neighborhood but felt safe. Large one car garage and parking on driveway worked for us.
The communication and check-in/check-out process was a breeze - kudos to the property manager. The place was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable (as were the beds). Loved the retro design of the kitchen appliances and bright blue colors everywhere. Elvis was a nice touch. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Our only complaint was the neighborhood; it's a bit sketchy and not very nice to walk. The surrounding homes and apartments look like junkyards and the sidewalks are full of overgrown weeds and dirt. That said, we didn't feel unsafe there. Also it's only a ten minute drive to downtown, hiking trails etc. so if you can get past the immediate surroundings it really is a nice place to stay.

About the host
Hosted by Richard
My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the eclectic neighborhood and location in the center of things – we are right down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
