Beautiful Mountain Charmer home in premiere neighborhood. Located less than a mile from downtown, 1/8 of a mile from Basha's grocery store and 3/4 mile from Buffalo Park and the Mt. Elden trail system. This house is a couple of blocks from the Highway to the Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl. NAU is 2 miles South.

Beautiful open floor plan including a balcony spanning the entire width of the house. Nice large living room provides a wonderful gathering space for friends and family. Board games, Internet and smart TV allow for plenty of entertainment . New Air Conditioning Unit to stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed and full shower. The spare bedroom has a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a bath/shower. The spacious living room comes with a queen pull-out couch bed.

There is free parking for two cars in the driveway in front of the house (additional free street parking is usually available).

This is a duplex with this upper/larger unit (Mt Charmer @ 7000') being at street level with a front entry. The lower/smaller unit is located below street level and under this upper unit. The lower unit has a separate entry around back. Each unit has its own driveway and parking.

Washer & dryer are available for your use (at no additional charge). Access to laundry room is down a steep set of stairs.

The owners live nearby and are long-time locals available to assist with making your Flagstaff visit perfect.

Comfortable and hosputable

Communication with the owners was terrific. They were super responsive and helpful. You could tell they genuinely cared and offered to help in anyway. Close proximity to downtown, yet quite quiet.

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful stay in Flagstaff. D & R were amazing hosts that greeted us when we arrived. They provided us with maps of the area and gave us tips for the perfect sledding spot for the kids. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. We will certainly stay again the next time we visit Flag!

What a great place to hang in Flagstaff. Very convenient base for Flagstaff exploration, minutes from downtown, ski area and beyond. Dawn & Rob have done a wonderful job. Looking forward to a return trip sometime.

The owners were super nice & helpful. The house was clean, comfortable & a great rate. I was hopeful that the house was a little closer walk to town than it was. We took an Uber into town the 2nd night which was fine.

Exactly as described.

We had a great stay at Dawns home. It had everything we needed for a long stay and was very comfortable all around. Cozy beds and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay very enjoyable. Easy access to downtown Flagstaff as well as Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, and Sedona. Very neat and clean and would recommend to any guest. Thank you Dawn!

Perfect Place

This is the 3rd time that we have rented this immaculate home. The location is close to everything and the open concept allows guests to mingle with ease. The home has a great kitchen that is completely stocked with all the cookware and bakeware needed for meals. The check in process is excellent, the owners communicate with us before, during, and after our stay.

Dawn is amazing!!! I cannot say enough kind things about her. The house is beautiful, super clean, and the Mountain View is like none other. This location is easy and central to everything we did. Some of the day trips we enjoyed were Antelope Canyon (get tickets in advance to the 1130am of possible it gets hot and you may want to wear a jacket as the sand blows everywhere), Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, Grand Caynon Mathers Point (Sunrise is best to beat the traffic, and have the place to yourself for a bit), Sedona, Slide Rock State Park play in the river is fun, the views and history are beautiful, we also ate at the Hudson.

Nice Home near Downtown Flagstaff

I stayed at this property for a week. My stay was great and I would recommend this property if your family size is 5-6 people. The location of the house was spectacular! I could hop into my car and drive straight into downtown Flagstaff in about a minute or so.The house had everything you could ask for, which made my stay fantastic. Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Such as garbage bags, dish soap, toaster, full array of utensils and cooking ware.The hosts were great about communication, which made my stay better than expected. Next time your are in Flagstaff and need a great place to stay, this is the place

Everything about this property was awesome! The hosts were very responsive and kind, the property has all of the amenities you need and the location is perfect. We never spent more than $4 on an uber ride, not including tip. I will definitely book again in the future

A great spot

Extremely comfortable and convenient. We stayed there for six weeks and did not want for anything. Good location, close to downtown and Buffalo Park. Excellent heating and cooling systems. Highly recommended.
