Walk to the Grand Canyon Railroad, Canyon Coaster Adventure Park & Route 66 Zipline. Great base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Flagstaff, Sedona, Snowbowl.

High speed internet, SmartTVs in living room & bedrooms, firepit, grill, fully fenced yard (3' high). Washer/dryer, parking in the carport & driveway. Fully remodeled 2022 w/new central AC & heat.

Fully remodeled in the summer of 2022 with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, retro kitchen with Robin Egg blue appliances, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Dining room seating for 6, living room with club chair and convertible sofa, electric fireplace and 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming access. All 3 bedrooms boast king size beds and 43" or larger Samsung Smart TVs. Full size washer and dryer in the laundry. Parking in the carport and flagstone driveway. The fully fenced backyard features 4 Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic table with seating for 4, and BBQ grill. New 2022 central air conditioning and heat.

Beautiful spot right before the Grand Canyon

Welcoming secluded and quiet area. Williams really has been passed by. Lovely beds, plenty of power unit's Perfect access to Grand Canyon and Route 66 towns

Williams Trip

The house was so cute and very clean. It was located close to town you could walk to all the cute shops and restaurant's. My English Bulldog had an amazing time running in the back yard. I would defiantly stay there again! We had a wonderful get away.
