The Space:
Located on the 2nd floor, this 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6! Entering into the unit, the master bedroom/bathroom suite is located on the left with queen size bed. Beautiful walk-in tiled shower in bath and basic cable tv in bedroom. Located on the right hallway is the 2nd spare bedroom with full size bed with en suite bathroom with hallway access. Large fully stocked kitchen overlooking the living room! Sleep sofa located in living to sleep an additional 2 guests. Sliding glass doors accessed through living room into large balcony space with comfortable furniture overlooking indoor pool and beach!

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access all areas inside the unit and all amenities at the complex such as the indoor and outdoor pools. Direct walkway access to the white sandy beaches! Access code required to enter pool areas and beach (code given after booking).

A $30 parking request fee will be sent to you after booking. Once paid we will be able to get your passes and have them ready for your upcoming stay (to avoid being towed).

Parking is $30 for your entire stay (2 passes given). Once you walk into the unit you will see your passes and please place them on your car dashboard.

The Neighborhood:
Tradewinds is located 1.9 miles down Perdido Beach Blvd once you turn right off Hwy 161 (Orange Beach Blvd.) Located across the street from Nikki's Seafood and Adventure Island, Walmart Neighborhood store, local restaurants, and entertainment!

Getting Around:
Once you enter the complex (no front gate access or parking garage), you can park in any open parking spot. There is no designated guest parking and you will be provided with a parking pass for your vehicle. Luggage carts are located next to elevators which can be used to transport luggage to 2nd floor unit. $30 parking fee for each stay includes 2 parking passes.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is NOT a first floor unit! It is located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view!
