Private property. About 1 1/2 miles from beach. Many attractions and facilities close by including a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Rouse’s grocery, Publix, McDonalds, Dairy Queen and local restaurants like Doc’s Seafood, Shrimp Basket, Tacky Jacks, Sassy Bass, Fisher’s, GT’s, Cactus Cantina and even a couple fresh donut, City Donut, and beignet, shops, Cafe Beignet, Wi-fi, fishing, bicycle and walking trails (Alabama State Parks has a quantity of free rental bikes a available - check with them for more details), boat, pontoon, jet ski and tiki boat rentals, dolphin cruises, a very popular area for many Snowbirds and world travelers as well as summer visitors. Washer and dryer on site. No carpet. Enough parking for several vehicles and a couple boats. Water and hose conveniently located for cleaning your boat or beach equipment. Although this property does not include a pool the Orange Beach Recreational Facility offers a junior olympic sized pool with a diving board, and a children’s pool that includes water activities for a fee of only $10 per person per day that includes use of a well equipped workout room; and, access to structured exercise classes for an additional fee. The unit is very well insulated. Weather is beautiful year round. Orange Beach is a relatively undiscovered island paradise. Check-in 4 p.m. ; Check-out 12 Noon - but is negotiable based on bookings.

Great Property... Great Owners!

We stayed at this property in 2022 and again this week. We have a daughter who is in a wheelchair and this house is perfect for her. We had a couple of hiccups this week (not the owners fault), but they were very responsive and took care of the problems in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property, especially for anyone who is disabled. We had a couple week

Great location for fishing trip

Excellent location and property for taking a boat and fishing out of orange beach. 2 minutes to boat ramp and marina. Clean house and plenty of room for people and parking.

Beach Trip

Home away from home

Anna’s house isn’t like a condo with limited room this is a home away from home, very comfortable with all the extras and more than you need to be comfortable. Our family will definitely be staying again it’s the place to stay when planing a beach trip.

Great Space

We enjoyed our stay here. It may not have granite countertops but it has space and plenty of it. Really nice front and back porch that we enjoyed sitting on during the rain. Plenty of parking and literally minutes from everything. We will def stay again.

Sweet Home Alabama

This was the best getaway from home for comfort & relaxation. Truly a Home away from home! You will appreciate everything about it. The home was CLEAN, spacious, & cozy. Everything you would ever need can be found there no running back and forth to the store because she literally has it all. Owner was sweet & confirmed and answered any questions I had right away. She also helped us out with check-in because of Cheer Competition timing. There is a porch for rocking while sipping lemonade or sweet tea while the wind blows. A back porch perfect for a good ole BBQ with family. I can’t wait to brag about our experience to friends and family. While trying to figure out how soon we can book again whether it be my family or a much needed girls trip! With 3 bedrooms it’s possible ;) The neighbor Rick a good ole guy with insights to the local restaurants and entertainment. Made us feel like we were back home. Thanks again for the great place! It was our first time to Alabama but definitely not our last here❤️

Good little getaway spot

Rented this property for the weekend and it’s nothing to brag about necessarily but was plenty nice enough for my family to stay in and I did not have any complaints whatsoever about anything there. Mrs. Pam was great to deal with despite the VRBO app failing me several times.

Super cute little place! The fridge would squeak randomly and that was annoying, because it would sometimes happen at all hours of the night, but otherwise a great place to stay. Would absolutely do it again.

We are from central Alabama and have vacationed in this area our entire life. Alabama has a previously unknown beach area. It has recently been discovered and is enjoyed by many. Especially those who love fun in the sun during the summer and a warm, friendly place for those escaping harsh winters. We love the area and want to provide an opportunity for others to enjoy it in a more relaxed and less expensive fashion.

Why they chose this property

You will not be forced to deal with limited parking, loud neighbors, limited elevator access or stairways. It is a private property with one dwelling on a lot that is extremely conveniently located. Orange Beach is a small city that is full of conveniences. Everything is located within 10 miles with additional cities (Gulf Shores and Foley, AL; Pensacola, FL) nearby.
