Extra clean, with an abundance of natural light, with everything that you would need for a short or a long-term stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a duplex property, with two complete units at your private disposal.

Hello!
I am a Humboldt County resident that has lived between Trinidad and McKinleyville most of my life. I retired a few years back after owning my own cabinet manufacturing business for the past 30 years. These days I enjoy spending most of my time outdoors. A few of the hobbies that I enjoy the most are landscaping, painting, traveling and I recently started playing guitar again.

This property is comprised of two fully self-contained units with all amenities one would expect. Although there is no flowthrough between the interior of the units, the front doors are immediately adjacent to one another under a covered porch facilitating ease of movement.
