Chappy - Family Beach House
Welcome to our family home on Chappaquiddick. The perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the natural beauty of Martha’s Vineyard. This bright and airy 4-bedroom, 2-bath home (plus outdoor shower!) comfortably sleeps 8 and is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need for an easy island getaway.
Upstairs, the open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light - an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. Two sets of sliders lead out to a spacious wrap-around deck, complete with patio seating and a gas grill for al fresco dining.
Layout:
• First Floor: 3 bedrooms + 1 full bath
• Second Floor: Open living space + primary bedroom + 1 full bath
Don’t miss the private outdoor shower - a must-have summer experience!
The entire home is air-conditioned (a true luxury on MV!) and includes high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, all bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and other beach gear to make your stay easy and comfortable.
Located just minutes from East Beach, Wasque, Mytoi Gardens, and the scenic walking trails that make Chappy so special.
Good to Know:
• Children welcome
• No smoking
• Pets welcome with $400 fee (max 2)
• Not wheelchair accessible
• A vehicle or bike is essential (about a 30-minute walk to the Chappy Ferry).
• Please note: Ubers and taxis do not operate on Chappy.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the first load of towels in the washing machine before you check-out. *Shake all sand off of beach towels*
Bring all trash to the trash bin located at the side (or behind) the house. **BE SURE TO EMPTY THE REFRIGERATOR & FREEZER**
