Perfect for our needs

Renting this large roomy house allowed us to accommodate out of town family. The game room was a hit with my children and their cousins.

Eclipse 2024

We booked The Escape to watch the 2024 Eclipse. There was so much to do from games inside, outdoor games, cooking (inside and outside) and T.V. for the kids. The outside wrap around porch was great and the backyard. The rooms were spacious. Would definitely book again.

Great place to gather

This house worked great for our needs - we were in town visiting family in Boerne, and this home was an excellent base. It's obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into making it a rental by creating spaces that are conducive to groups gathering (game room area, back patio with lots of seating, big comfortable couches, etc.) We enjoyed all of those things.

Great house

Very clean, lots of space, perfect stay for the cost. Feels secluded, but very close to HEB, Walmart, The Rim, and Fiesta Texas. Would book again.

It was a fun time for all!

This property rated highly with our entire group. We gathered from all corners of the US to view the eclipse. Our oldest son lives close by so there was a large group of us. The house fitted our needs to a "T" in so many ways. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping, the home is clean and spacious. We enjoyed mornings on the porch drinking coffee and just being together. The property management team and owner were easy to work with and they communicated quickly when needed. We expect to be back again and feel we will refer new customers also with our son living close by and needing extra space now and then. This could be an excellent place for him to house guests. We especially enjoyed the space of the home, there were places for everyone to go to work, talk on the phone, read or be together. We cook when we come so we also enjoyed the large kitchen which is open to the living area. We lost no time visiting with each other, even when working in the kitchen. It was a happy space for us for four days and we would like to express our gratitude to all staff and owners. We will be back!
