Lots of room on nearly 5 acres with great horse setup just 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. House has a 4 bedrooms, breakfast nook, separate dining room, living room and family room. Covered patio, and 2-car covered concrete pad. 12 pens fixed w/automatic waterers, but reconfigurable to smaller sizes as needed [5-12x40 covered, 2-20x40 covered, 3-40x40 uncovered, 1-80x40 uncovered, 1-100x200 uncovered.], covered hay storage, turnout pens, and tack room; 2 20' gates at the entry make it easy for trailers. Also 2 30-amp RV Hookups available for addition cost if occupied.
