About this property

Brand new waterfront, family friendly lake house.

Beautiful, brand new (October 2022) home right on the lake across from a great marina. If there is a happening place in Conroe, this Marina would be the place. Guests could easily boat or kayak to dinner and/or shopping. We provide two kayaks and one paddle board for your use. Our home is 3 stories with 5 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- sleeping 12. We have a private boat dock and lift for a vhull boat and a jet ski, two balconies and a patio. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors so stairs are required. We’ve set up a couple of different work areas for those of you that can’t completely break away from the grind. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. We have a large game room fully equipped with pool table, lots of games, karaoke and a Wii U. We’ve truly tried to provide our guests with anything they could possibly need. We hope above all, that our guests notice that we tried to make our place a home away from home. We are a single family home but still close to our neighbors. We therefore, need to be respectful of both privacy and noise. If you are looking for a place to “party it up” we are probably not your place! We love families, girls weekends, guys weekends, fishing trips, etc. We don’t love events and parties. Our home is protected by outside cameras for your safety and our peace of mind. Awesome lake house!

We all loved everything about this house! Very spacious and clean. The hosts thought of everything from chargers next to your beside and personalized cookies left for us for the occasion. We’re hoping to make a trip back just to stay here and enjoy the lake some more.

Absolutely Amazing! Gorgeous house; clean, roomy, and very well equipped. The host was over-the-top attentive. She responded kindly and fully to every message within minutes. This was our second time staying and again very pleased with the cleanliness and ample space. Be prepared for stairs but each level is laid out perfectly for a large group or family. We had 7 adults and everyone had enough space. We will be back next year !!!!

Perfect for Groom Family

We had a wedding at a nearby venue and this was a perfect place for the Grooms side of the family to stay. Plenty of rooms to choose from for the different families, and places for everyone to hang out in. The hosts were wonderful and left a few tasty treats for us. We felt as if we were just visiting friends and felt very much at home.

Dads Memorial

This home is just “wow”! Perfect for our family in town for a wedding weekend. Tons of space and beautifully decorated and super clean. Well stocked with lots of thought put into all the details. Fantastic communication with the owners which is so appreciated. And we have a boat so the lift was a bonus. We will definitely stay again!!

We saw a home named Sans Souci while walking through the Cotswalds in England and new we had to name our lake house the same.
We hope our guests can come, leave their worries behind and relax and enjoy!

Why they chose this property

Our town home is very roomy! Good size bedrooms, living area and large game room. We've gone with king sized beds in 3 of the 5 rooms for your comfort.
Our location is prime! Easily boat or even kayak across the lake to dine out or shop.
Sit on one of the two balconies at night to listen to the live music coming from across the lake.

What makes this property unique

Have we mentioned the easy proximity to one of the more popular locations in Conroe?
Seriously, great location!
And yet, quiet and somewhat secluded at the same time. The front of the house faces our own little section of woods and if you are lucky, you'll have some deer come visit.
We've really tried our best to stock the home with anything you may need! We hope you enjoy.
