Kahana Manor 701 is a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse that can accommodate up to 4 guests and features central air conditioning. Please note that while this complex does include elevator access, you must climb one flight of stairs to access this penthouse unit. Dine al fresco on your spacious, private lanai, a great place to enjoy an evening meal while watching breathtaking Maui sunsets. This top-floor condo has a great open floor concept with the main living area flowing into the bright and spacious kitchen design. Kick back and relax on the large sectional sofa while enjoying the flat-screen TV that swivels into view. The kitchen is a real stunner with white cabinets and full-size appliances. The extra large kitchen island is a great place to gather and prepare meals, with breakfast bar seating. Just bring groceries!

Step inside the tropically decorated master bedroom, to find a comfortable king-size bed, large mirrored closet doors, and a flat-screen TV. You have access to the bedroom's private lanai, a great place to sip your morning coffee. The ensuite master bathroom is nicely appointed and features a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king-size bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. Pack light as this unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

This penthouse unit was large, clean, and felt special at a property close to many of Maui's west side hot spots. The furniture and decor was comfortable and clean while feeling Hawaiian. Parking and travel to and from the property was easy. Almost everything needed was within walking distance and the location was no more than 10 minutes from several different beaches, top restaurants, and points of interest. The unit was well stocked from the kitchen to the in-unit laundry machines to the beach accessories. The main bedroom shower is spa-like and the ocean view from the living room terrace was great. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in west Maui.

Nice location, we really enjoyed the privacy of the unit. Well stocked. We had quick communication with the property management. The unit is clean, but does look more worn than in photos. The road noise as mentioned in previous reviews was most noticeable in the back master bedroom. We were aware, used our ear plugs & had the fan running so we were not bothered it. The second smaller bedroom didn’t notice noise at all. We contacted maintenance regarding an issue with the lights in the living/dining area. The breaker in the bathroom just needed resetting, they responded quickly and did come to our unit to check it out. Would rent again!

Loved the secure double door entry, waking up to view the mountains, and having a cocktail on the second lanai watching the sunset on the ocean. Central air, gas stove, chef kitchen were icing on the cake. Already booked for next year.

This was an amazing place to stay. They had all the amenities of living in your own condo. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of seating so we could eat breakfast on the kitchen island and eat dinner in the dining area. The view was beautiful. It's across the street from a nice beach that had good swimming and we saw lots of turtles! It also has a good convenience store. We were able to take advantage of snorkeling in Kapalua Bay and hiked a few places (Ohai lookout and Kapalua village walking tour). We highly recommend this location!

Highlights: * Very spacious * Nicely furnished * Very comfortable * Kitchen is large and well-stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils * Great location - very convenient to local markets & restaurants * Property mgmt was VERY friendly, professional, and responsive - very impressed with the Customer Service !!! Lowlights * EXCESSIVE STREET NOISE - right off the main highway * We were unable to sleep in the Master BDR due to the noise * We were also unable to enjoy the patios due to excessive street noise - the antithesis of peaceful * Most of the electrical outlets throughout the unit don't work - so we had to try multiple outlets before finding functioning ones * Blender didn't work due to corroded blade assy -contacted property mgmt who promptly replaced it with a new one
