Great location! Loved all the outdoor seating. House had everything we needed for our weekly stay. It was perfect for our family of 5. My favorite thing was the swing. That’s a great a chill spot to watch all the golf carts. Hands down would stay at this location again.

This location is just down the street from a access point to the beach. It is close to the pool and shops. The manager was responsive to any concerns.

Nice stay with family

Somewhat small but outside spaces are nice. Good location. Sofa bed mattress is not comfortable. Very thin and can feel every spring.

Labor Day

Our family was looking for a nearby spot to get away for the holiday weekend and this home met our needs perfectly. The unit is clean, well maintained, stocked with most of the items you'll need. Great unit for a small family. Communication with the property managers was excellent and no hassle check in gets you into your rental quickly.

Great place but small

The house was very clean. The owner was very responsive and was able to take care of any issues that we had. The location was in a good spot and the house was newly renovated. For the price, the house was very small. I would not recommend more than 4 or 5 people stay at a time. You would be stepping all over each other with more people.

Quick weekend get away.

Very pleased with accommodations. First time at Ocean Lakes. Nice place. Golf cart rental on site was very nice. Only improvement would be gutters over stairs. Rained last day and water runs right off roof onto main stairs making them somewhat treacherous and gets you really wet. Easy fix.

Location was as advertised, number of rooms and bathrooms as advertised. We have stayed two other times in ocean lakes and loved the home, location and property management. I had to text at 3:45 for a code to get into the home. ( I am aware that check in is at 4 but I have stayed in other properties where the property manager texted me first and hours before we arrived the property was ready ) Secondly there is no grass for a pet friendly home. There is grass along the road away from the home. Third most of the light bulbs didn’t work, had to re arrange those for our rooms we were using Fourth the fridge which we only put minimal items didn’t cool to the proper temperature until day 2 Fifth the carpet needs replacing ( optimally with LVP)baldly Sixth the washing machine has so much mildew stained and mold along the rubber gaskets I didn’t even use. I went to the laundry mat Seventh we wiped down doors and cabinets that had stains on them Ninth minimal lighting under porch ( bulbs missing or out ) Tenth the ice maker didn’t work Eleventh I was scared the master bedroom shower was going to give way. The floor squeaks the entire time your in it. Twelfth the master bed was awful Thirteenth the sheets minus the bed cover and towels are the only things laundered for you. The mattress covers and rugs were not washed or possibly were done prior to arriving ? Fourteenth nails sticking out of the decking * I did revive an email to let management know about*

I’m very sorry you weren’t happy. I certainly wish you would have reached out to us we would have gladly taken care of any issues you had. We never received the email you spoke of. Our codes are sent out between 3:30 a4:00 due to guest checking in earlier than the allotted time, this is also included in the rental agreement, and reminder email sent 24 hours prior to arrival. I have had everything you’ve mentioned in your review checked over .
