About this property

Cute two bedroom guesthouse close to shopping, dining, art center, fishing and the beach in the heritage district. Very nice quiet relaxing neighborhood. Rockport is known for its endless recreational possibilities and mild weather. Ranked in The 100 Best Small Art Towns of America, and recognized among the top retirements spots in the nation by America's Best Places to Retire, Rockport is a wonderful place to live and visit alike. One king bed in main bedroom and one queen bed in second bedroom. Each bedroom has private access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Boat parking on grass next to the fence if needed. Please note that there is no kitchen.

Perfect for price point

Rooms were clean and perfect for our stay. My friend and I were in town for a fishing trip. The only negative would be, that it is not a true 2 bedroom rental. Envision 2 separate rooms with a shared bathroom. The is no common space to hangout in at the property. We did not spend much time there so it wasn’t a big deal for us. I would stay there again for a fishing trip but not when bringing the family.

Great location for a quick stay

Loved almost everything! Only negatives no garbage can except in bathroom, advertised online as 2 bathrooms only had 1, and found a tick in the bed and a few spiders not a bug person.
