Escape to the coast for non-stop fun in the sun! Located just 0.4 miles from the beach, Rockport Beach Club is a rental offering a chic hideaway within walking distance of the sand and surf. Enjoy a prime location on Austin Street, just a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Enriching attractions within walking distance of your rental include the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor (0.5 miles), the Texas Maritime Museum (0.4 miles), and The History Center for Aransas County (0.3 miles). You’ll also be able to stroll to downtown shops and restaurants.

Return home to play outdoor games in the soft grass around your rental. Inside, you’ll appreciate the comfy furnishings, the bright decor, and the sunny floor plan. Kick back on the sofa in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the 55” TV. Two plush armchairs create an inviting reading nook. Indulge your inner chef in the well-appointed kitchen. Along with an array of helpful gadgets, you’ll find a starter supply of dish soap and paper towels for your convenience. At mealtimes, gather around the table in the living area. Rest peacefully on a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds.

This rental is part of a duplex. If traveling with a larger group, inquire about renting the adjacent unit too for even more space. The rentals are separated by a garage; there is no interior connecting door. The washer/dryer is shared between the two units.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
