This first-floor condo perfectly suits all lovers of the great outdoors and the Gulf of Mexico with its white sandy beach a three-minute walk from the resort (beach access directly across the street). Walk a half mile to the Gulf State Park Pier, and enjoy the park's two-mile stretch of beach and 28 miles of trails. When you are ready to hit the town, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars within a mile of the resort.

Inside, the condo will instantly elevate your mood and make you feel at home with the recently updated kitchen containing stainless steel appliances, kitchen bar seating, a new dining table, and the updated living room includes a queen sofa bed and a comfortable recliner. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
