Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, etc! Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores! Central location on East 2nd Avenue right off of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway). Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms (1 king/ 1 queen) and 1 full bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Sun deck.
Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, activities, festivals, and the main public beach. Quick and easy drive to other local attractions including Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville USA, outlet shopping, OWA Amusement Park, etc.

Washer/dryer combination inside the unit.

Bed and bath linens provided.

Kitchen appliances (toaster, standard coffee maker, pots & pans, etc.) provided.

Great Location

We were there for a soccer tournament. Location was close to great eats, stores and public beach. Lots of kitchen counter space was a plus. Very comfortable for our stay.

The house is beautifully decorated. All the comforts of home. The washer and dryer are great ! You do need a hairdryer and you would be set.great

Loved the beach house!

It was a quick and fun trip! We were excited to find a place where we could bring our 11 year old dog! As it turned out, I was able to leave her with a friend because we only had 1 day to enjoy the beach as check out was at 10 am. We would love to come back again soon!

Prime Location

This was our forth time staying on this property and the experience is always wonderful. Everything we can ask for is in walking distance and it’s become our beach home away from home. There’s nothing overdone about the house. It’s perfect and has everything we can ask for. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything was what we hoped for. Roomy and clean. Close to downtown but yet far enough away from the traffic and noise. We come to Gulf Shores pretty much every year and staying here was just right for us. Thank you!

Great location

The location was perfect for our stay. Overall a great property but a couple of recommendations: it would have been helpful to have a broom, toaster and some dish soap. Also the shower curtain liner is too long and has the potential for causing falls in the shower.

Gulf Shores Treasure

My husband and I needed a short getaway and loved the duplex. Clean and up to date. Two blocks from beach with paved sidewalks. Easy beach access with water sprays to remove sand. A beautiful treasure. We’ll be back.

Gulf Shores

The unit is in a great location, about two blocks/five minute walk to the beach. It's a little dated, but had great A/C and a really nice washer/dryer combo. As stated in the notice, only one starter roll of TP and paper towels, so be prepared to take/buy more. Limited towels, but can wash as needed, but have extra detergent/dryer sheets on hand. Limited TV channels, but at the beach that's not an issue for us. Could use some upgrades in bathroom and bedding, but sufficient for what we needed.

A little disappointed

The oven didn’t work at all. Could even get the clock on the stove to work. Shower curtain was gross. Floors seemed like they were never mopped. I did sweep them so we could walk on them.

The house was perfect place for my daughter’s softball weekend. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again next year.

Great location, absence of empathy towards allergy sufferers.

We checked in at 4 and were immediately hit by a strong odor from an oil-based Febreze air freshener plug-in that filled the entire house. My husband suffers from severe asthma and allergies, which led us to reach out to the owner for assistance. She quickly asserted that there were no air fresheners present and suggested we simply air out the place. We even offered to send her photos of the plug-in as proof. Following her recommendation, we removed the air freshener and set it on the deck, then spent over an hour in our sweltering car with our dogs, but the chemical scent continued to pervade the home. Ultimately, we had to inform her that staying there was not feasible, which we communicated around 5:30 PM. We were left unsure of our next steps since she didn’t respond until 10 PM, showing little concern for our situation as we had nowhere else to go. At that point, she suggested sending her cleaning team the next morning. In the meantime, we had to secure alternative lodging at our own expense. The following day, she claimed that her cleaners found no indication of air fresheners, despite having instructed us to remove it initially. Given the circumstances, we had to find other accommodations. She refunded the pet fee and cleaning costs, she refused to consider a refund for even a single night due to the lingering odor. I truly hope that if you face a similar situation in the future, she will exhibit more understanding than she did with us.

Affordable, modest location

Not the fanciest place we've stayed but very reasonably priced and location was near to events we were attending. The interior is showing some wear and tear but was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable (I would rate mattresses as medium firmness). As others mentioned, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would help with comfort. We will likely stay here again next time we are in town for an event.

This stay was for a fishing trip. I was able to park my boat along with my truck. The location was great. The price was good too. The house itself could use a few minor repairs that I’m sure will be fixed since tourist season is over.
