great house

We were overall very happy about this stay. But 2 things need to be addressed. The pool was in need of a serious cleaning. Which I did on my vacation time. Secondly, we are NOT comfortable with cameras in a home when we are staying there. There were 5 of them in the front interior of the house.

Yes, even though the pool is serviced weekly, the pool company admitted that they were overwhelmed by the heat wave and amount of work they had. The problem has been rectified by a backup. The cameras are only situated in the common areas and are clearly stated in the property description. The client covered the cameras which I agreed was the client's option.

Great place but few issues

The house is great, nice to have a pool and close to everything. However beds were all very uncomfortable- mattresses are incredibly hard (same mattress I had bought and returned on Amazon!) and the a/c was controlled by prop manager! Every time we went to bed the a/c would creep back up to 78! We would wake up hot and push to lower and it would creep up. During day at various times even if we are there and did not engage local or security the a/c would go off and creep back up to 78. We fought with this the entire visit.

First, I want to apologize to Nichole again for the entire A/C issue which was rooted in a software issue with the Vivint Security system issue. The Vivint system was indicating that the house was in the "vacation mode" and would switch the HVAC to this mode regardless. I was able to temporarily switch the system on for her but the Vivint system would randomly go back to "vacation mode". I did try to explain this to her but I could not fix this without going into the house and diagnosing the issues with the Vivint tech personnel. This has been done and is functioning 100%. Apologies again to Nichole and I want to offer her two free days of stay if she so chooses.
